S & F second class hardwood plain,solid ,straight,chowkats and frames,wrought, framed rebated on the solid ,rounded or chamfered,put together with glue pinned at joints, including dismantling of old unserviceable chowkhat of any type complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F coloured 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws alongwith bitumen washer including dismantling of old unserviceable roof sheet of any type complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F coloured 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, valley gutter or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws alongwith bitumen washer including dismantling of old unserviceable roof sheet of any type complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note- The measurement shall be carried out as in a plain sheet.

S & F powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. or for window grill of appd size and shapeincluding fixing with aluminium "U" shape section for fixing etc. including dismantling of old unserviceable chowkhat of any type complete in all respect as specified and directed. (Powder coating shall be min 50micron) (Note: all external members to be joined at 45 degree angle at corner)

S & F of powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in ewach door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium sliding window with/without sash bars, aluminium sections of thickness 2mm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, EPDM rubber packing (of 50 No grade), powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, center grooved stainless steel ball-bearing double roller 2 position height adjustment, sound/dust brush, recessed handle with locking arrangement complete in all respect as specified and directed. (Powder coating shall be min 50micron) (Note: all external members to be joined at 45 degree angle at corner)

Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying skid/non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (CM) 1:6, including dismantling of old unserviceable tile work of any type complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.15 sqm, in skrting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM) 1:4, including dismantling of old unserviceable tile work of any type complete in all respect as specified and directed.
