Supply & fixing in replacement of engine gasket, O ring of suitable size of original make as existing in the canopy type DG Set of capacity 160 KVA 415 volts 50 HZ of Make ; Cummins Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of nosal of canopy type DG Set of capacity 160 KVA 415 volts 50 HZ of Make ; Cummins Complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for repair, maintenance and overhauling of the canopy type DG Set of capacity 160 KVA 415 volts 50 HZ of Make- Cummins including repair of engine head and repair to inlet, outlet valve and all machinery work, repair to fuel pump including calibration upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling existing 100 KVA DG set properly disconnecting all electrical connections, panels and DG set, shifting to other location taking suitable safety measures while handling and shifting of DG set from current location to proposed location (within 02 km) including transportaion, required foundation for panels and DG set, reconnection, testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of locking arrangement of canopy type DG set (04 numbers for each DG set) as existing at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of flywheel ring for DG set 75 KVA make Kirloskar complete all as specified and directed.

Sopply and top up of battery distilled water used for lead acid battery complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling the radiator and fan from the engine of DG set of capacity upto 250 KVA for cleaning of copper tubes and cooling fins by using descaling solution and soldering, patch work; including water pumps assembly for replacement of defective water pumping assembly of oringinal make as per existing in DG Set, and transporting to repair workshop, bringing back including successful re-installation complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for overhauling of DG set 05 KVA Make birla single cylinder including repair of nosal, repair to engine head work, repair to piston rings, cleaning of engine, replacement of fuel pipe and testing the same upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge including cost of transportation if any complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for inspection of DG Set as required including checking of engine oil, coolant, fuel and battery termincals on priority basis and testing on completion of job on existing load complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
