Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Disposal of grass rubbish/leaves/branchs of trees/similar unservicable, dismantled or waste materials by mechancical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m intial lead, for all leads including all lifts invovled.

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 1 km (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 16 mm

In rows 5 cm apart in both directions

Maintenance of plants, shrubs,hedges, trees, grassy parks/lawns including watering, cutting, pruning, mowing with manually operated lawn mover, forking the soil, mixing necessary manure, uprooting the soil, mixing necessary manure, uprooting weeds and removing all rubbish, dry leaves to the dumping ground within 50m distance leveling of undulations by filling mixture of sand and good earth, applying insecticides/pesticides by using Bevisitin, FuradinM-45or Rogour etc. And chemical fertilizers like NPK, urea, Bonemeal etc. as and when required complete in all respect as per direction of E-in-Charge. (Note:- The rate includes the cost of T&P like lawn mover machine,grass cutter/saw,pipe for watering and other T&P required for horticulture work and the cost of insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers etc.)

TE Building, Inspection Quarter & Staff Quarters in Dugri TE Compound, Ludhiana ( Note ;- Minimum one Mali per Job per month shall be provided by the agency to do this monthly job )

Supplying and planting the following plants i/c digging, watering and spreading manure in required quantity complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hybird harrygold, , Arokaria, Palm, Silver Oak and other decorated indoor or outddor plants etc.

Hedge, duoranta, alternthra, levendra etc. planted @15cm c/c.

Seasonal flower planted like Rose, Gainda, Kochia, Gudawari, white Nargis etc.
