Supply of 16 m High Mast (2 section) lighting with bottom dia 410 mm , top dia 150mm , thickness 3.3 mm complete with all accessories . Mat shaft shall be two section , hot dip galvanized and suitable for wond velocityas per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction) (three wire rope system) double drum winch, galvanized latem carriage aggrement suitabe for 8 Nos. LED Flood lumanaries and lightning Final. The mast light shall have an intergal power tool installed inside the base compaertment for its operation. The high mast shall be complete with foundation bolts manufactured from special steel and top dip galvanized alon with nuts, washers , anchopr plates and tempaletes. Supply of Led flood light 200 Watt with Body made of Pressure Diew Cast Aluminium Alloy heat resistance toughned glass/ polycarbonate cover and IP66 ingress Protection having system Lumens > 120LPW with inbuilt protection againts short circut , Miswiring over voltage and surge protection of 15KV. The IP of fixture and driver compartment should not less than IP66 and same of the LED compartment PF>95 and operating voltage between 100=27V and CRI>72 and impact Resistance of IK 08.(Make :- Panasonic/ Phillips/Keselec/GE)

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor , PVC insulate and PVC sheathed armoured/XLPE powe cable, working voltage 1100 volt grade direct in ground ; to be laid in 1 meter below the ground level including excavation and refilling the trench/surface as requried, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering:-Armoured Cable 10sq.mm (fourcore)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mmX600mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclouser with cover plate having locking aggangment and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as requried.

Excavation pit for High Mast light of dimension (1x2x2x1.40) in earth work, lift upto 1.50mtr. Stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of the excavation and the returning the stacked soil in the 15cm layers when requried to plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in led of 20mtr. as per drawing attached .

Providing stone/Brick soling boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate of dimension (1x2x2x0.075) as per drawing attached

Providing foundation , footing basis of columns etc and concrete of dimension {1x2(1.70+1.70)x0.375} and pedestral of dimension [1x2x(1+1)x1.125] as per drawing attaced 4.5 form work

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(Cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete cost of form work and reinforcement concrete work in

Foundation , footing bases of columns and the like and mass concrete of footing dimensions (1x1.70x1.70x0.375) and pedestal dimension (1x1x1x1.125)

Providing Tor steeel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto two level
