Commercial-Compliance

   Submission of E-PBG : EMD/E- PBG- EMD shall be applicable to all Bidders except for the except for the exempted categories as per extant guidelines. Contractor has to submit Udyam Certificate for claiming Exemption under Micro & Small Categories as per extant guidelines. In Addition, Firm has to submit E-PPBG rated at 5% of the Contract Value in favor of Sr. Divisional Financial Manger Central Railway Pune Post issuance of the LOA. The validity of the E-PBG shall be 36 Months + 06 Months Extra i.e 42 Months (minimum). E-PPBG has to be submitted by the Firm within 30 Days of the issuance of LOA to Sr.DMM Office , Pune.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   TADK Policy : All Other T&C will applicable to the Contractor shall be as per the TADK Policy and is binding upon the Contractor without any deviations . SLA and Special terms and conditions shall be as per TADK Policy.

   Allocation of Qty in Case of Multiple L-1 : In case of multiple L-1 firms, the total tendered quantity shall be distributed among all eligible L-1 bidders. Where equal distribution of the total quantity is not feasible, a higher quantity shall be allocated to the firm having the highest turnover. However, if the Tender Committee considers it appropriate to place the order on a single firm, the entire tendered quantity shall be awarded to the firm having the highest turnover. The final decision in this regard shall be taken by the Tender Committee after opening of the tender.

   TADK Policy : The T&C of this Tender is Governed by the TADK Policy issued by the HQ attached with the Tender Document.
