Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for satisfactory completion of the work as per technical specifications and direction of the supervising engineer, as per details below :

(18) Outdoor type 220KV Bay Marshalling Box of size 2500 × 600 × 300 mm with Hinged Door duly Painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint. Bay Marshalling Box should be made of 16 SWG Sheet in single shutter with indoor locking arrangement complete with wiring of proper size and fitting. 40 Nos. Heavy duty terminal block for incoming terminal as per rating and 60 No. for outgoing of rating 16 Amp. including 20 Nos. of various size cable gland for 220KV Isolator and Circuit Breaker.
(19) 3 Phase A.C. Cubical box of size 1200 × 600 × 300 mm with Hinged Door duly Painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint with 04 No. Aluminium bus bar for giving Supply fitted with: Change over switch 250 Amp Capacity – 01 No. 3 Phase MCB of Rating 16 Amp. – 15 Nos. of Havell’s Make. 3 Phase MCB of Rating 32 Amp. – 05 Nos. of Havell’s Make. Single Phase MCB of Rating 06 Amp. – 10 Nos. of Havell’s Make. Cubical box should be made of 16 SWG Sheet in double shutter with indoor locking arrangement complete with wiring of proper size and fitting. 06 Nos. terminal block for incoming terminal as per rating and 60 No. for outgoing of rating 16 Amp. Inside and Outside box for 220KV Isolator and C.B., power transformer, centrifuging machine etc. main 3 Phase MCB Shall be of 100Amp. rating.
(20) Dismantling of 30 Mtr. long High Mast Light with the help of Crane/Hydra at least 65 feet long boom, separating it into three pieces, dismantling of their operation mechanism, steel rope, lantern carriage,3 Phase AC cubical box and all other accessories.
(21) Shifting of 30 Mtr. long High Mast Light and their all materials from existing place to other place at 400 KV S/S Bareilly as per directed by Supervising Engineer.
(22) Making of Foundation at new place in S/S for erection of 30 Mtr. long High Mast Light (as per drawing and technical specification) including providing of proper size, length and required quantity of GI foundation Anchor Bolts and Nuts, Labour and all required materials.
(23) Fixing of 30 Mtr. long High Mast Light having three section of size 10.5 Mtr. long. The High Mast Light consists following items as per drawing and specifications and proper alignment in straight position. Fixing of 3 Phase AC cubical box duly painted with synthetic enamel paint. Box should be fixed with proper grouting. The box should be consist of cable gland duly fitted with in gland plate fixed on the bottom of cubical box with proper locking arrangement. (a) Fitting of door panel on bottom of pole of size 1000x250 mm having allen key locking arrangement and wooden stack board inside. (b) Providing and fixing of Anchor Bolts of size 840x32 mm. (c) Providing and fixing of Anchor Bolts plate of size 840 mm and 6 mm thick. (d) Providing and fixing of Anchor Bolts plate of size 840 mm and 4 mm thick. (e) Fitting winch having double drum with the capacity of 750 Kg. (f) Fitting stainless steel 7/19 SWG wire rope of 6 mm dia. (g) Fitting of Trailing cable flexible copper multi strand of size 2.5 mm2.
(24) Supply of Pipe type Earthing equipment consisting of 32 mm dia, 3050 mm long heavy duty perforated ‘C’ class GI Pipe with 50 mm x 6 mm size 4750 mm long Galvanized steel Flat and 2 No. 12 mm x 40 mm size GI Bolt with Nuts & Washers including Earth work (Excavation of Earth & Back filling) for above type Earthing.
(25) Laying of 3.5 Core 95/50/35/25 mm2 LT Power Cable suitable for loading of High Mast Light size 500 mm below of ground level after Excavation of the trench as per requirement, Laying the first class Brick Lining & Filling of River Sand along and over the cable then Back filling & leveling the tench after laying of the cable. The work involves both side termination of cable with crimping of lugs including all labour and T&P. (LT Power Cable will be provided by the department)
(26) Providing and fixing of steel ceiling rope of size 10 mm inside the High Mast Light pole.
(27) Providing and Fixing of single pully inside the top of High Mast Light pole.
(28) Replacement of damaged HPSV Lamp fitting by Providing and Fixing of 250 Wall LED Flood Light Luminaire fitting with PDC housing with IP 66 Protection, Heat resistance tempered glass for protection with 5 KV Surge protection, applicable for large area lighting of Philips/Havell’s/CGL make complete in all respect with electrical connections.
(29) Up-Rooting of small size various Plants by Digging the Ground & Throwing them Outside the Periphery of the Sub Station Premises.
(30) De-Sringing of all 2 Nos 230 Volt LT Line Conductor (Appx. 100 Meter in 04 Span) in the said section complete with insulators etc.
(31) Dismantling of the 04 Nos Single Pole of the above dismantled section of the line with due dismantling of Stay Set, Stay Wire and Insulator etc. and Shifting to the Store/Suitable place at 400 KV S/S Bareilly.
(32) Dismantling of Old & Existing Periphery Lighting including M.S. Round Pole with junction box and complete fitting of light etc. and Shifting to the Store/Suitable place at 400 KV S/S Bareilly.
(33) Laying of Earth Mat in Extended 220KV Switchyard alongwith Connecting the newly Laid Earth Mat with Existing Earth Mat, as per Details below :
(a) Fabrication of 3 Meter Long Electrode with 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar having 150 mm Long Conical Shape and then its Piercing Vertically, inside the Ground with Top 700 mm below the Ground Level including Shifting of M.S. Round Bar from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Switchyard.
(b) Laying of 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, 700 mm below the Ground Level including Shifting of M.S. Round Bar from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Switchyard including Cutting, Straightening, Welding, Painting, Excavation of Trench, its Back Filling etc.
(c) Making of 150 mm Long Lap Joint of above Laid 40 mm dia. Round Bar by due Cutting, Straightening, Welding etc. on both sides.
(d) Making of 150 mm Long Lap Joint of above Laid 40 mm dia. Round Bar to Connect with existing Earth Mat of the Sub Station by due Welding on both sides.
(e) Making of Cross Joint of above Laid 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, 700 mm below the Ground Level by due Welding at all 4 Corners including Providing & Welding of suitable size M.S. Angle Piece on Opposite Corners.
(f) Making of End Joint of above Laid 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar with Top of the already Vertically Pierced M.S. Electrodes, 700 mm below the Ground Level by due Welding.

(35) Cutting, Straightening, Laying 700 mm below inside Ground & above Ground of following Earthing by size M.S. Flats to be Provided by Department as per Requirement for Earthing of Aux. Structures, Equipments, C&R Panel & Cable Trenches including Welding with Main Earth mat and with the Object to be Earthed, Excavation of Trenches, its Back Filling, Painting of M.S. Earthing Strip above ground level by rubbing with sand paper & wire brush then painting with one coat of Red Oxide Primer & two coat (The 2nd coat of Paint shall be applied at the gap of 48 hours when 1st coat is done and checked by concerned SDO/JE) of 1st quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of ASIAN/BURGER/ NEROLAC make in Bush Green Colour, as per Details below :
(a) Earthing of Las with 75×10 mm size M.S. Flat
(b) Earthing of Main & Aux. Structures and Equipments (CB, Isolators, CTs, PTs, C&R Panels, DPPs, Junction Boxes etc.) with 50×6 mm size M.S. Flat
(c) Earthing of Main & Aux. Trenches of equipments (CB, Isolators, CTs, PTs, etc.) with 25×6 mm size M.S. Flat
(36) Making of Shielding Mesh for 220KV Las by Fabrication of 3 Meter Long Electrodes with 40 / 36 mm dia. M.S. Rod having 150 mm Long Conical Shape and then its Piercing Vertically in the Ground with Top 700 mm below the Ground Level, Jointing the Electrodes with 75×10 mm size M.S. Flat by Welding for Making of Mesh, Connecting the Shielding Mesh with Main Earth Mat at 2 Places and finally, Painting of the Shielding Mesh / Earthing Strips with Anti-Corrosive Paint, with due Digging of Earth / Trench & its Back Filling. (1 Job for each Bay)
(37) Interconnection & Jumpering of Equipments of 220KV Bays with the help of Twin / Single ACSR Moose / Single AAC Tarantula / ACSR Zebra Conductors to Connect the Bus Bar Conductors of Main & Transfer Bus with Equipments and Equipments to Equipments with the help of suitable Clamps / Connectors including, Cutting, Bending, Shaping etc. of the Conductor as per Site Requirement alongwith Shifting of Required Materials from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site. (1 Job for each Bay)
(38) Laying of Following sizes Armoured Control Cables in Cable Trenches from Control & Relay Panels in Control Room to various Equipments, Junctions Boxes etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule in 2 No. 220KV Feeder Bays including its Saddling with 25×3 mm size Aluminium Strips at suitable equal Distance alongwith Shifting of Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site & Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores at the Sub Station :

Supply from DCDB and A.C. Supply from ACDB to C&R Panels and various Equipments including Making necessary Holes in Gland Plates, wherever Required alongwith Providing & Fixing of Appropriate sizes Cable Glands, Providing of Ferrules for each Core of the Cables, then Termination with Crimping type Copper Lugs alongwith Preparation of Inter-Connection Drawing and Commissioning of the Panel / Feeders in Co-ordination with T&C Wing including Providing of 2 Sets of Hard Copies of as Executed Inter-Connection Drawing.

(a) Laying & Stringing of 220KV 3f Main Bus Bar of Twin ACSR Moose Conductor (1 Job for each Phase of each Section of Bus Bar)
(b) Laying & Stringing of 220KV 3f Transfer Bus Bar of AAC Tarantula Conductor (1 Job for each Phase of each Section of Bus Bar)
(c) Laying & Stringing of 220KV 3f Jack Bus Bar of Single ACSR Moose Conductor (1 Job for each Phase of each Section of Bus Bar)
(41) Laying of HF Cable from LMU to PLCC Cabinets in each of the 2 No. 220KV Feeder Bays. The Work includes both side Termination of Cable with Crimping of Lugs.
(42) Laying of 3½×70 / 3½×50 mm2 L.T. Power Cable 50 cm below the Ground Level after Excavation of Trench and Putting the 1st Class Bricks & River Sand along the sides of Cable and Back Filling the Trench after Covering the Cable, so Laid with 1st Class Bricks. The Work also includes both side Termination of Cable with Crimping of Lugs.
(43) Providing & Fixing of 150 Watt L.E.D. Street Light Luminaries Fittings of Philips / Compton Greaves / Havell’s make in Single Piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment including Cable Terminations.
(44) Providing & Fixing of L.T. Lighting Junction Box of sizes 150×150×100 mm duly made of G.I. Sheet of 18 SWG and having 1 No. 15 Amp. M.C.B. & Bakelite Terminal Block inside it and to be Fixed on Columns.
(45) Laying of 2×2.5 mm2 / 4×2.5 mm2 Control Cable in P.V.C. Pipe below the Ground and over the Column Structures by due Clamping including Termination of the Control Cables from L.T. Supply Point to L.T. Lighting Junction Box and L.T. Lighting Junction Box to LED Fittings.
(46) Providing, Erection & Grouting of M.S. Round Pole of 9 Meter Long duly made of ‘B’ Class M.S. Pipe (114.3 mm dia. × 4.5 mm × 5.0 Meter + 88.9 mm dia. × 3.65 mm × 2.0 Meter + 76.1 mm dia. × 3.25 mm × 2 Meter) with Base Plate by Concreting in the Ratio of 1:4:8 with Cement, Coarse Sand & 40 mm Brick Ballast Mixture in size of 450 × 450 × 1900 mm and Plastering of 300 mm Length of Concrete above the Ground Level including Excavation, Back Filling, Curing etc. alongwith Earthing of the Pole with M.S. Electrode.
(47) Grouting of Old & Used of M.S. Round Pole of 9 Meter Long with Base Plate by Concreting in the Ratio of 1:4:8 with Cement, Coarse Sand & 40 mm Brick Ballast Mixture in size of 450 × 450 × 1900 mm and Plastering of 300 mm Length of Concrete above the Ground Level including Excavation, Back Filling, Curing etc. alongwith Earthing of the Pole with M.S. Electrode.
(48) Providing of Junction Box of size 280 × 225 × 150 mm duly made of 16 SWG Sheet and Painted with Smoke Grey Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint and Fitted with 1 No. 6 Amp. SP MCB on Anodized M.S. Channel, 1 No. Bakelite Fuse Fitting with 6 Amp. NS 6 type HRC Fuse, 1 No. Copper Neutral Link, Bakelite Terminal Block of 4 Terminals, Cable Glands suitable for 2C / 4C × 2.5 mm2 size Incoming / Outgoing Control Cables etc., then Installation of Junction Box on M.S. Round Pole at designated Height with the help of suitable M.S. Clamps alongwith Earthing of the Junction Box with 12 SWG G.I. Wire including Cable Terminations with Satisfactory Testing & Commissioning.
(49) Providing & Grouting of G.I. Pipe duly made of 35 mm dia. 2.5 Meter Long ‘B’ Class Pipe and Bent at One End by Quarter Circle in 0.5 Meter through Concrete Plinth for Safe Entry of Cables in the Junction Box duly installed on Newly Provided 4 No. and 3 No. Old M.S. Round Pole.
(50) Providing & Fixing of G.I. S.L. Pole Bracket duly made of 40 mm dia. 1.2 Meter Long ‘B’ Class Pipe and Bent at One End by Quarter Circle in 1.0 Meter at an Angle of 300 for Fixing of 125 Watt LED Street Light Luminaries Fittings on M.S. Round Pole with help of M.S. Clamps.
(51) Providing & Fixing of 150 Watt L.E.D. Street Light Luminaries Fittings of Philips / Compton Greaves / Havell’s make in Single Piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment including Cable Terminations.

(53) Laying 3½ × 70 / 50 mm2 LT Power Cable, 50 cm below the Ground Level after Excavation of Trench, Laying the 1st Class Brick Lining, Filling of River Sand Along & Over the Cable, then Back Filling & Leveling the Trench after Laying of Cable. The Work also includes Termination of Cable on both sides with Crimping of Lugs.
(54) Laying of 2C × 2.5 mm2 / 4C × 2.5 mm2 sizes Control Cables from L.T. A.C.D.B. Cubical to various Junction Boxes for Switchyard Lighting through Excavated Trench of size 300 × 600 mm, Covering the Cables with River Sand & Brick Lining Along & Over the Cable, then Back Filling & Leveling of the Trench after Laying of Cables.
(55) Laying of Control Cables form L.T. Lighting Junction Box to LED Street Light Fittings through inside the M.S. Pole and outside by Clamping with suitable M.S. Strip Clamp with Proper Dressing etc.
