VCB (400 Amp) 11 kV HT - CG make with suitable secondary injection kit and submission of test certificate completed as required, checking the function of auxiliary relay ( confirming the tripping) mechanism of the breaker due to high winding temperature, high oil temperature and due to bucholz relay , activation of the connection transformer, testing the of tripping system by secondary injection kit, tightening the terminals and termination, changing of all nuts and bolts i/c washers (if required), replacement of all insulator/bushing of 11 KV panel (01 incomer and 02 no outgoing+ insulators of PT section) (if required), replacement of the cork sheet and replacement of 3 sets of indoor type resin cast CTs (if required) i/c pressure test at site and calibrating the same complete as required and as per direction of Engg-in-charge.
