Cement concrete of Propertion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm size B.H.G.Metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering, laying, watering & curing,dewatetring, shoring, shuttering if necessary with cost, conveyance,royalty & taxes of all other materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) in following works using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowring, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curring, centring and shuttring and finishing the exposed surface smooth with plastring with cement mortar of same propertion as of concrete if necessary providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all other materials and cost of labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S. or T.S. rod and binding wires and labour charges for bending and tying etc. complete as per direction of the engineer-in-Charge.

Iron work wrought and putup in trusses and record racks as per approved design including cost of screw etc. complete with all cost, labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Fitting fixing big six or trafford AC sheets(blue scope) in roof etc. complete including cost conveyance of material , labour etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of J or L hooks with cost, conveyance, taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling Brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m height inluding stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m lead etc complete

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) In Super Structure using Flyash Bricks of size (23cmx11cmx8cm) having crushing strength not lessthan 35 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance plus minus 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in all florrs with all necessary projection, including hoisting, placing in position, scaffolding, splays, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing with cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing with cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with Acrylic wall putty (water base) of approved shade in new work to two coats to give an even shade including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with cement primerof water bound of approved shade in new work to two coats to give an even shade including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Weather coat two coats to walls with approved shade including polishing the surface with cost , conveyance and taxes of distemper with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 m lead etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

4 cm. thick grading cement concrete( 1:2:2 ) finished smooth over R.C.C.slab using 6mm hard granite chips of appproved quality from aprroved quarry including watering and curing, cost conveyance taxes and royalty of all materials and cost of all labour,T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of steel Basin including cost conveyance taxes and royalty of all materials and cost of all labour,T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows & ventilators including removal of frame,hinges,fastenings and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Supplying fitting & fixing of MS doors, windows,grill & grill gate of approved design with frame in proper position making good to the damages of walls of R.C.C. or other structural etc. including bending, cutting, sizes of grooves in chowkaths including cost conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Fixing ceramic tiles in floors treads and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:1) joined with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the sheds of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tiles, conveyanc,taxes and royalties of all other materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
