Valid PF Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities and last 3 months PF contribution ECR

Valid ESI Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities and attach last 3 months ESI contribution challans

GST Certificate

Supplier should have local office or branch office within 75 kms radius from tender inviting authority office.
