Conservancy and cleaning the road surface and road berms daily by sweeping including removing all debris, spillage and loose materials, chipping, scraping, removing all materials and carrying debris to suitable places immediately so as to keep the area neat and clean as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour,T & P, hand carts, and all other incidental charges etc. complete. [Note:- The total area mentioned is the quantity proposed for one year from the date of commencement of work]. Upon award of work, the Contractor has to execute the work (either by mechanical means or manually) along with list of tools and plant, details and number of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. (The contractor has to deploy minimum 4 Nos of labour per day)

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish by manual / mechanical means and stacking outside the pheriphery of the area cleaned as per specification. MORTH Specification No. 201.

KSRRB 200-1. Cutting of trees girth from 300mm to 600mm including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps stacking of serviceable materials earth filling in the depressions / pit, labour charges complete as per specifications.

Removal of carcase of animals such as cow, bull, buffallo, etc., conveying and burrying the dead animal at nearby vacant area after excavating suitable pit including cost and conveyance of all material, hire charge of equipment, T&P and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the department.
