EoI for the Development of Bore well at Utility 02 at NABI

Development of tube well in accordance with IS 2800 Part 1 and IS 11189 to establish the maximum rate of usable water yield with zero tolerance for sand/soil/etc. content after starting the borewell. The work shall include development using a suitable capacity air compressor or any other approved method to avoid damage to the installed borewell filters/strainers. Any damage to the filters/strainers during development shall be repaired or replaced by the contractor at his own cost, without any extra payment. The scope shall include running the compressor or using any other approved equipment for the required duration until the well is fully developed; measuring the yield of the well by “V”-notch method or any other approved method; measuring static water level, drawdown, and recovery by step drawdown method; collecting water samples and getting them tested from an approved laboratory; and disinfection of the tubewell, complete. The rate shall include all hire and labour charges for the air compressor, equipment, tools, tackles, accessories, and all other incidental works, as per the requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of providing sand-free discharge water suitable for drinking purposes. No extra payment shall be made beyond the quoted amount.
