M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion), over a coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping nail holes etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion), white or tinted on walls complete all as specified.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats and any width or girth etc, the area of application should be cleaned thoroughly, remove all dirt, dust and uneven elements from the surface by washing and scraping and all the unevenness in the surface should be corrected by filling the exterior wallcare putty, surface should be sanded down with fine grade sand paper for smoothness applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces,as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed and specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L filling PCC type E2 1:5:10 (40 mm graded stone aggr) as in sunken floor after applying appropriate treatment to side walls complete.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:3 with WPC on vertical sides of sunken floor incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with WPC on both sides of sunken floor.

M&L Complete preparation of efforescence or wetted internal wall surface using wirebrush to remove all the loose laittence & wash with clean water and applying crack filling as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply I primer coat of Dr Fixit primeseal & allow to dry for 4 hours,apply damp proof coating Dr fixit damp guard,blend a mixture of Dr fixit & water in the ratio 1:1:1 (Base:harder:water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hours, over coat of walls with the suitable protective (decorative) coating complete all as specified and directed. M&L Glazed ceramic coloured designer tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match 0ver 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3).

Make L&T, HPL, Schneider, Secure (i) Meter Should support the following data: 15/ 30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, 30 load survey data for energy, monthly billing survey for Cumulative Energy and Max Demand (ii) Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software (iii) The meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software. Note:- (a) The contractor would be responsible from removing the existing meter, noting down the reading and depositing it with the MES. (b) It would be possible to run the meter in both prepaid and postpaid mode (c) The meters would carry 5 year warranty. (d) The meter cost would include two years recurring sim charges

Supply and "Commissioning and testing of configuration of multi user web based software with following modules :-(i) Meter Data Management Module:- The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data concentrator and make the data available to the billing module. The system would support manual meter data entry if required. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following:- (a) 15/30 min instantaneous data for cum energy (meter reading), current, voltage, power, power factor, frequency etc (b) Monthly billing survey data for cum energy and max demand (ii) Billing Module:- The billing module would collect the data from the meter management module, calculate billing determinate and make energy data/ billing data available to admin and end users. (iii) Occupation and Vacation Module :- The system would support occupation / vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support data capture on occupation and vacation events. (iv) Customer Portal :- The system would include a customer portal for the resident / occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data. (v) Energy Accounting Module:- The system would include features of energy accounting the system would be able to account for total energy. (vi) Happy hour definition:- the software would support happy hour definition including days and hours (vii) Tariff Setup: - The software would support flexible tariff setup including water and license fee if required. (viii) Alert:- The software would support payment, low balance, disconnection , connections alerts on email, sms and app notifications. Note:- (a) The software would be hosted on MEITY (Ministry of Information Technology) approved GCC (Government Community Cloud) (b) The software would contain two year defect liability including all operating expenses such as GPRS charges, hosting charges etc.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in grond (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm thick protected by 40mm GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe(light grade) and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2( using 40mm grade stone aggregate), coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, pit cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with lifting hook including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I and as specified including earth plate packed around with charcoal dust common salt complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, GI earth strip 32x6 mm thick and earth lead connected to earthing test point/ main board. The GI earth wire 8 SWG under the earth and on pole/db upto a height of 1.5m shall also be protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe (light grade ) and the GI pipe to be fixed with poles/wall by means of 02 Nos. FI clamp 25x3mm with nuts bolts and washer etc incl taking down old earthing . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI earth strip and protection pipe of same size upto 7.5m shall deemed to be included into quoted rate
