Branding and Dispensing of hot beverages prepared in automatic vending machines exclusively and also retailing of branded chocolates and biscuits at rates not exceeding MRP printed on the item through one built in kiosk & five stalls and branding through signages from earmarked locations inside the ticketing zone in Science City, J.B.S Haldane Avenue, Kolkata-700046 on leave and license basis.
Annual License Fee payable to Science City, Kolkata (payable in two installments i.e. 50% on or before the commencement of the contract and the remaining 50% within 90 days from the date of commencement of contract).
Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using 2nd class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks with including cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete
Plastering in C.M 1:5-12 mm thick with including cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete
