Material and labour for disconnecting and de-coupling the centrifugal pump of 20-30 HP capacity from foundation after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc including transporting the pump to workshop for repair and opening the centrifugal pump, replacing unserviceable spare parts such as gland plate, gasket packing set, DE bearing, NDE bearing, impeller key, coupling key, CI Casing wearing (Neck ring), CI interstage ring, CI stuffing box bush, coupling nut including remetling of pump shaft, turning, balancing and machining work and re-assembling the same in original position and re-installing at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts, packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of CI Impeller suitable for existing model & size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair off load change over switch, 200 Amps, 4 pole, 415 V, 50 Hz, fully compacted in 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet enclosure of suitable size and direct mounted & side operated type, manually operated, consisting of two sets of terminals for connecting two incoming supply sources along with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and as directed.
