Taking down old unserviceable ACSR and GI wire of any size from HT poles and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable stay assembly from HT Poles and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Distmantling and taking down old insulator any type any size, any make from cross arms/poles etc from any hieht of electric pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable pretressed cement concrete HT pole 11 mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

Distmantling and taking down old cross arms, nut bolts of MS channel, bracing support clamps, back plates and angle section from HT poles of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable & foundation of poles, stay assembly and getting cut in any type of soil, complete all as speicified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and testedcomplete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection, complete, all as specified & directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Boring of holes under road, paverment, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine indluding HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade , ISI marked, for protection of cable along pole/ wall/ laid under the road/ laid under the floor & including clamps complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning in repair 3 core 120 Sqmm under ground cables, 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule.)

M & L for earth continuity main earthing lead fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required 25x4mm galvanised iron strip, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120-185 sqmm including dismantling existing unserviceable joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & errecting cable path indicators for HT cable made of CI plate fixed on MS angle iron size 40x40x5mm and 90 cm long and fixing in ground 60 cm below ground level in PCC 1:3:6 ype B-1 using 40mm grade stone aggregate of size 45x45x60cm, cable path indiciators shall be provided at distance of every 30 metres and at cable joints and turning of all cables and incorporated HT 11000 volts on it, including PCC & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles and stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/ pedestal of poles including providing necessary form work for fair finished exposed concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of lightening arrestor, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacuty 65 kilo Amp with all connecting lead nad fittings, horn gap and chocking soil suitable for maximum working pressure 11000 volts including taking down existing U/S lightening arrestor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting to site errecting and fixing in position Steel tubular swaged pole, 11metres long, type 410 SP-55, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos band/straps in red post office box colour (300mm wide EACH) using fluorescent paint commencing at a distance 300mm from padestal of pole and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, PCC etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing MS structural steel work in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated (with drilled holes hot and cold etc) from channel/angle iron sections of various size and shape FI clamps (full, half 'D' and earth clamp etc) including necessary MS bolts, nuts, washer etc and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

S & F for single disc porcelain, vitreous white/brown insulator 255mm dia and 145mm height assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Danger notice plate of size 25x20cm and 1.6mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clmaps, nuts, bolts and washers, clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron for HT poles/transformers/ pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installing, testing and commissioning in repair of Air- break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, vertical mounting type (ISI marked), mechanically operated, mounted on polymer insulators 15 Nos including 11 KV 400 Amp with expulsion fuse single pole upto 25 Amps 11000 bolts, 03 Nos fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT fuse elements and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground level, with locking arrangements including Godrej pattern 65mm pad locks with two keys, complete suitable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC supply including necessary electric connection, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120-185 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead GI strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continuous earth wire on pole all as specified and testing on completion, including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to main board and 20mm GI medium grade watering pipe funnel, PCC earth pit and RCC cover charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as directed at site. Note :- (i) The concrete pit shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable handle. (ii) The cost of GI pipe for protection of earth lead/ strip including earth lead upto 7.5 mtr.
