   As per clause No. 2.12, 2.12.1(a) means RCF approved vendor list (Item id 2400003 Sub id 2400003001) for Fuel Tank for LHB Power car Coaches and clause No. 2.12.2 to 2.12.7 of Bid Document Version 14.0 or latest with all corrigendum/amendments if issued before opening of tender shall be applicable. For the requirement of M&P, MDST 134 Rev. Nil will be applicable for new source.

   SPECIAL CONDITIONS : Migration to GST Regime - The GST is applicable with effect from 01.07.2017 :- (A) As the GST Regime has been implemented from 01-07-2017 against the previous Regime of ED, ST, VAT and Entry Tax etc., Therefore, the tenderers shall submit their bill while claiming payment regarding their registration with GST Regime for availing Input Tax Credit (ITC). I f they are availing ITC, they shall take into account the entire credit on inputs available under GST Regime while claiming payment and furnish a declaration to this effect alongwith a confirmation that any further benefit available in future on account of itc will be passed on to the purchaser. (B) In case the successful tenderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST ACT, The Railway shall deduct the applicable GST from his/their bills under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority.

   NOTE : Notwithstanding the delivery period and/or schedule offered by the bidders in variance to the above, the purchaser reserve the right to incorporate the delivery period as per the tender condition and successful tenderers are expected to abide by the same.

   QUANTITY SPLITING : As per clause No. 2.17.2 of bid Document Version 14.0 with all corrigendums & amendments if any issued before opening of tender shall be applicable.

   Liquidated Damages : Railway will recover from the contractor as agreed liquidated damages and not by way of penalty, a sum equivalent to 0.5% (half percent) of the price of any stores (including elements of taxes, duties, freight etc.) which the contractor has failed to deliver within the period fixed for delivery in the contract or as extended for each week or part of a week during which the delivery of such stores may be in arrears where delivery thereof is accepted after expiry of the aforesaid period, subject to a maximum of 10% (ten percent) of value of delayed supplies and the same will not be waived off except in cases where delay is on account of RCF. note:-(this is applicable for tenders opened after 31-mar-2019) .
