M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces on celing and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing 3mm wall care putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of RCC / Stone / Concrete / brick walls/ Asbestos Cement Sheet or plastered surfaces and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion anti fungal paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and any size and any height including repair of plastering patch each not more than 0.25 Sqm and and including all necessary staging, scaffolding, safety precautions, etc as required to work at any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The pattern of camouflaging shall be approved by GE.

M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces on walls and applying One coat of cement base paint @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat over a coat of exterior wall primer by using branded cement based paint, including filling wall putty in minor holes/depressions, sand papering etc, including repair of plastering patch each not more than 0.25 Sqm and including all necessary staging, scaffolding, safety precautions, etc as required to work at any height, complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The item rate should include for work upto 15 Mtr height.

M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces on walls and applying 01 coat of oil bound distemper (light shade) by using roller to wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including filling of minor holes /cracks with putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

All as per BOQ srl item No. 11.00 here-in-before above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work as in half brick thick wall with sub class 'B' brick (old size) straight or curved on plan any radius in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, ceiling, soffits of slabs/ chajja/ sunshaded etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ of 2% by wt of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete concrete surfaces complete all as specified in SSR Part - I clause 14.22 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plasic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required ) mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger agg are thoroughly covered.

M & L for preparation of new plaster/unplaster external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc including cornices and applying two coat of cement base paint @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat over a coat of exterior wall primer by using branded cement based paint, incl border blue(apex) complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The item rate should include for work upto 15 Mtr height.

M&L preperation of new plastered surface of walls applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of putty and primer (JK wall putty/Birla white) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italian, Indian) Not exceeding 30 cm High including Stops,height not less than 10cm, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc, complete all and the color of the paint and dimension of the letter to be used as approved by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid and bedded in cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% or crude oil by weight of cement including dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof, cleaning and stacking the serviceable tiles for reuse, offering credit for unserviceable tiles and removing rubbish to a distance n. exc 250 Mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per BOQ srl item No. 23.00 here-in-above but except tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Atactic Polypropylene (APP) Polymeric water proofing treatment to roof, at any height, using membrane minimum 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester (Weight not less than 150gms per Sqm), with properties of high penetration and centre core consisting of 90 micron, high molecular high density polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm , torching overlaps with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 100mm at the side on transverse direction and 150mm at the ends on longitudinal direction and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @1.20 Kg per Sqm below APP complete all as specified and directed. Note: The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5mm mechanically crushed stone graded aggregate) laid over roof slab as in padding to make good the depressions including demolition of mud/ cemented work in roof any thickness including plastering and leeping (Whether full thickness removed or only part thereof all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound and mixed with cement mortar as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting groove in parapet wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing up to 25 mm depth, cleaning out, and filling solidly with a tarplastic sealing comound after applying shalitex primer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Srl item No. 25.00 to 29.00: (i) Security deposit as a guarantee against water proofing treatment shall be retained in final bill and shall be released after 10 years. (ii) However, contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. (iii) The amount of security deposit shall be calculated as per the scales laid down for calculating earnest money deposit enhanced by 25% on the total amount of water proofing treatment work (BOQ Srl item No. 25.00 to 29.00). The contractor's quoted rates for these items shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of new/old or previously untreated surfaces of steel or metal works and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised , two strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The work is to be carried out at any height of security wall etc. Necessary T&P, scaffolding, to carry out the above work is also deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs razor punched tape concertina coil, 9SWG hot galvanised spring tensile wire of UTS 145 to 150N/sqm, zinc coating 250 to 300gms/sqm, dia of coil when un-streched shall be 610mm having minimum of coil (GI strip) 13.25kg/10Rm, hot dip galvanised razor ribbon tape of size 0.50mm thickness, 19mm wide before wrapping on central core wire fixed with 1.66mm thick GI clips (minimum 25Nos / Rm) and special nut and bolts to hold two coils together and extra rows parallel wire of 10gauge including all necessary staging, T&P for work on periieter walls, at any heights, including taking down etc. complete all as specified and as directed Note : - The work is to be carried out at any height of security wall etc. Necessary T&P, scaffolding, to carry out the above work is also deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Labour for jacking up in situ steel gates of size 1mtr to 5mtr and 5 mtr to 6.5 mtr wide and 2mtr to 7mtr and 7.00 mtr to 9.20 mtr high or more, made up of GI sheet fixed over ISMC 250 & ISMB 250 sections weighing appx 3 MT taking out set of two cover plates , rails , wheels upto 600mm dia along with axle shaft for repair complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate shall be deemed to include all T&P required for necessary repair incl bolts, screws etc complete to make good the shutter, gates complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out axle from wheel , taking out bearing remettaling & straining shaft making 2 Nos hearing sheets , washing tearings with kerosene oil applying greasing incl replacement of decayed/rusted ball bearing and rails as per site requirement and refixing bearing on shaft and assembling fixing rails wheel complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate shall be deemed to include all T&P required for necessary repair incl bolts , screws etc complete to make good all as directed.

Taking down iron door shutters of blast pens rear door of any description, any size and refixing of shutters in same openings after carry out necessary repair including welding , two coats painting over one coat primer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate shall be deemed to include all T&P required for repair incl fixing of door , screws etc complete to make good the shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for granule textured homogenous wall finishing system consisting of two component system of dry granules (25 Kgs Pack) made of 92 % silica particles coated with fade resistant pigments , 100% arcylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs Pack with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm to be applied on cured , smooth level plastered surface , as per manufacturer's direction , applied by approved applicator of the manufacturer as per direction / supervision of Engr-in-Charge, all complete , The above textured coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class of BS 476 part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 all as specified and as manufacturers specifications/ instruction .
