Desilting of septic tank for 200 users with dewatering including pumping out sludge from tank and disposed to a distance exceeding 100m. but not exceeding 500m. all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for excavating and breaking existing SGSW gully trap and fixing of new gully trap 150x150mm complete with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 100mm thick in foundation and making good to match existing surface complete.

Taking down C I pipe including fittings of 100mm bore.

Taking down C I pipe including fittings of 75 mm bore.

S&F 100 mm cast iron sand cast soil waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed as directed.

S&F pre-cast manhole covers of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with two nos.of handle of MS round bar 12 mm dia and 150 mm long for manhole cover slab including placing in position and set in CM 1:6 for following size of manhole:

M&L MS steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length ,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in cover slabs (for manholes) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.50m wide and not exc 1.5m deep for laying of sewer pipe and manhole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe SWG pipe set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete for 150mm dia SWG pipe.

Dismantling of RCC drain pipe 200mm dia bore jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches all as directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore SWG drain pipe, of grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced concrete pipe NP2 200mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars, jointed with cement mortar as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for beding to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate against the side of SWG/RCC pipes after they are laid and tested for following dia bore pipe all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed.

M&L for cutting in to existing manholes for connecting new drain making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming brackets channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and reforming benching as required for 150 mm bore pipe complete.

S&F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above G.L)

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm and below stone aggregate ) in kerb stone factory made as approved by GE with plain fair faces including champhering, weathering etc complete with joint to match in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade over sand cushion. Note- Sand will be measured and paid separately

M &L 25mm thick sand filling (sand cushioning) under path for layers interlocking tiles.

Preparation of plaster or unplaster surface of concrete surface of any description 10cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.
