Excavating in trenches of soft soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out and deposited as per directed by EIC.

M&L, providing plain cement concrete in fondation base, type-D-2-1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as per directed by EIC.

M&L, providing mix design concrete M25 (20mm graded aggreagate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete as per directed by EIC.

M&L, Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed)not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as per directed by EIC.

S&F, Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as per directed by EIC.

ES & F, 1mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, with grade of zinc coating 275 as per directed by EIC.

S & F, 1mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in valley gutters, drip andwelded or soldered joints are provided straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as per directed by EIC.

M&L, apply one coat red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamel paint afer surface preparation on new steel surface as per directed by EIC.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls /suports as per directed by EIC. Make - Supreme/Ashirbad or its equivalent.
