1. The Basic Rates (quoted at M.13) are inclusive of all taxes, duties, fees, levies, all expenses including Packing charges, Freight charges & any other charges for supply of items other than GST. 2. Prices quoted by the bidder shall be firm and not subject to variation on any account. 3. Bidder is advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. ONGC will not take any responsibility in this regard. GST reimbursement will be as per actual rates or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum of quoted GST %. 4. Accordingly, bidder should quote the prices, clearly indicating the rate of GST, description of service and the HSN as per GST Law as ascertained by the bidder. 5. Total price inclusive of GST as quoted by the bidders shall be considered for evaluation. In case the GST is not quoted explicitly in the offer, the offer will be considered as inclusive of GST. 6. GST and Customs Duties if any, on input services/ capital goods/inputs required to meet the scope of work will be borne by the bidder within their quoted prices. The bidder must avail eligible input tax credit of GST and Customs Duties paid on input services /capital goods/ Inputs and benefit of input tax credit should be passed on to ONGC by way of quoting rate(s) net of input tax credit i.e. value of goods/service adjusted by input tax credit available to the bidder.
