Providing flood lights to new volleyball court adjacent to NMP Sports Council Complex

Excavation and removing 10Mtrs height MS Swaged Tubular poles along with Pole foundation, including releasing of Light fitting angulars, clamps, bolts complete set, Pole junction boxes and shifting the Pole with foundation, to the proposed new location and back filling the excavated area as a complete job. (Work includes released 250W Metal Halide light fittings shifting to Electrical Sub Division-I).

Releasing the 3C X 2.5 sq.mm Copper Flexible Multicore cable from removed 10 Mtrs height Galvanized Octagonal poles and shifting the released 3C X 2.5 sq.mm Copper Flexible Multicore cable, Pole junction boxes to Electrical Sub Division –I premises as a complete job.

Re-erection of 10 Mtrs height MS Swaged Tubular Poles with light fitting angular, clamps, bolts complete set and the Pole shall be erected in cement concrete work (1:2:4) including excavation and refilling of planting depth of the Pole to the ground level and coping CC shall be upto 0.6m above ground level as per IS2713-7.

Fabricating, Supplying and Erecting of MS Swaged tubular pole of height 10 Mtrs having three sections, and providing two coats of red oxide paint and finished with two coats of enameled paint of approved quality and colour and and 40 mm dia GI/flexible PVC pipe of 1 m length fitted to the heavy gauge polycarbonate control box including 5 way connector with front opening cover, with locking arrangements and suitable capacity DP MCB switch. The 10 m(5mHb, 165.1 mm dia 4.85 mm thick x 3m Hm, 139.7 mm dia 4.50 mm thick x 2m Ht, 114.3 mm dia 3.65 mm thick) as per IS 410 SP 47. The Pole shall be erected in cement concrete work (1:2:4) including excavation and refilling of planting depth of the Pole to the ground level and the coping CC shall be upto 0.6m above ground level as per IS2713-7.

Supplying and fixing angle iron frame work fabricated out of M.S. angle iron and M.S. Flat with bolts, washers etc., and painted with 2 coats of red oxide and then coats of approved paint. i) 40x40x6 mm – length 1500 mm – 8 Nos.

Supply and Installation/Fixing/Provision of Pole box with clamps, bolts, nuts as required complete with 6A DP MCB provision and suitable 4 way terminal connector, earth link, 2 No’s of DP provision for loop in and loop out LT cable & terminating 3C x 2.5 sq.mm Cu PVC insulated cable enclosed in a Thermoplastic, Polystyrene enclosure, which should be shock proof, safe, IP65(Weather proof), rust proof, dust proof, water proof having internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through IP65 Thermoplastic, metal glands and/or grommets. i) 260mmx210mmx116mm.

Supplying, fixing with required clamps, wiring of street light timer box of size 300x600x170mm made of thermoplastic modular panel with Lid, shock proof, IP 65 having internally embedded gasket on both lid and flap with Hylom Sheet, Din rail with 10 sqmm copper wire for wiring as complete and consisting of following components. a) 63A TPN MCB – 1 No. b) MNX 40A 4 pole contactor – 1 No. c) 20A TPN MCB – 2 Nos d) 24 Hrs Time switch – 1 No. e) 40A 4 way connectors - 11 Nos. Supply and drawing Flexible Multicore cable manufactured with electrolytic grade flexible copper with low conductor confirming to IS:8130-1984 and (Virgin) PVC insulation sheathed suitable for working voltage up to 1100V as pe IS-694:1990. i) 3C x 2.5 sq.mm.

Supplying of 4C x 16 Sq.mm LT UG Cable having Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated, extruded inner sheathed, galvanised, steel strips as per IS and extruded PVC outer sheathed armoured cable, 1.1 KV class (confirming to IS-7098 (Part-1).

Supplying of 3.5C x 35 Sq.mm LT UG Cable having Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated, extruded inner sheathed, galvanised, steel strips as per IS and extruded PVC outer sheathed armoured cable, 1.1 KV class (confirming to IS-7098 (Part-1).

Labour charges for laying of 4C x 16 Sq.mm ,1.1 KV class XLPE LT UG Cable in existing trench / GI pipe / Stoneware pipe / on pole as required.

Labour charges for laying of 3.5C x 35 Sq.mm, 1.1 KV class XLPE LT UG Cable in existing trench / GI pipe / Stoneware pipe / on pole/on concrete wall as required.

Supplying and making end termination with glands, lugs of LT cable. i) 4Cx16 Sq.mm.

Supplying and making end termination with glands, lugs of LT cable. i) 3.5Cx35 Sq.mm.

Digging of trench of 0.6m x 0.5 mtrs wide refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc. complete. i) Hard soil.

Supplying and laying Double walled corrugated DWC HDPE pipe of size 40mm OD and 32mm ID as per IS 14930 part II with necessary connecting sockets, couplings, Tees, bends, End - caps of same materials in existing trench/duct/pole/on wall/on black stone wall with SS saddles with necessary clamps, screws etc. complete as required for drawing the cable.

Supplying, fixing and wiring earth electrode for panel and street lights using 40 mm dia, 2.90 mm thick GI pipe 2.5 Mtr long with funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the Electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400x400x400 mm with cast iron cover. The electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia and the electrode covered 150mm alround with alternate layers of salt and char coal from the bottom of the CC chamber. The connection from the electrode is to be established through GI strip using GI bolts and nuts.

Supplying and running 10 SWG Copper wire for grounding and (along with other wires in conduit system of wiring) using necessary suitable size clamps, nails, guttas/spacers etc.
