M & L for attending the emergent complaints for unserviceable/ break down/ fault of Non clog sewage submerssible pump sets of any capacity including carrying out minor repairs in electrical supply system in control panel and motor teriminals etc after finding the fault as required to make the pump set in order to functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Rate deemed to be inclusive for minor items like fuse wire, copper cable etc .

Disconnecting the electric induction motor 3 phase, capacity of 10 HP, separating pumping set and electric motor, dismantling the elelctric motor for separating the stator and rotor and carring out the following repairs and after repairs re-assembling with making necessary electric connection, jointing/ coupling with pumping set, making alignment and testing complete for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge..

(a) M & L Cutting out the burnt winding of all the three phases of stator, taking out burnt copper wire from the slots cleaning the slots properly, rewinding the three phases with original gauge, super enameled copper winding wire including insulating materials i.e., varnish, cotton tape, insulating paper, sleeves drying the windings to require temperature, reassembling the rotor and stator after cleaning and dusting of rotor to remove the settled dust particles complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under item )

(b) M & L for replacement of ball bearings of size 6308 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c ) M&L for bearing housing as per existing size and sample all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) M&L for shafting and turnning at lathe of motor shaft as per existing size and sample all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting the unserviceable centrifugal pumping set, centrifugal of capacity 10 HP any make dismantling the same for overhauling, repairing and replacing the unserviceable parts including installing, commisioning for proper alignment and smooth functioning, making connection in suction and delivery side with necessary packing, nut bolts etc ccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.. (Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately).

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description by scrapping, with necessary preparation not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on iron/metal surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking out suction sweeper pumping set from foundation, disconnecting the water and electric connnection and transporting to work shop, opening the pump for inspecting all parts to identify defective parts, cleaning / servicing & greasing including refixing and replacement of the following unsv items including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge. i) Ball bearing as per existing make & size - 1set ii) Gun metal bush for pump - 1 Set. iii) Remetalling, grinding turning & facing of stainless steel shaft and impeller of pump. iv) Replacement of gland packing. v) Replacement of gland nut bolt and damaged foundation bolts. vi) Reassembling of pumping set and transporting back to pump house, installing, connecting with water & electric connection and testing for performance complete all as directed.

M & L for taking out suction sweeper motor & Oxyen plant motor for rewinding of electric motorof capacity 2.0 HP by disconnection from terminal & pump coupling & foundation complete removing of motor, carrying to workshop and return after opening motor removing the old burnt winding wire, and replacing the winding with super enemeled copper wire of the same gauge, class 'F' and same turns, heating in oven for curing the winding wire after varnishing, balancing the rotor and reassemble the motor and replacemeent the following parts of capacity wise all as per following complete all as directed :- i) Ball baering as per existing - 2 Nos ii) Terminal plate - 1 No. iii) Foundation bolt - 4 Nos iv) Re-installing electric motor by connecting with pump and electric connection. v) Testing for performance complete all as required.
