The outsourcing agency should have experience of providing staff services to government /semi government institutions or hostels during the years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 and should have given service of minimum of 500 staff to said organizations. Submit work order with satisfaction report. (only work orders is not considered)

Is the tenderer an individual or an organization. Certificate of registration should be attached.

If manpower organization is registered organization, than registration should be under the society registration act/registered company act/co-operative society act/labour dept. Act. Certificate of registration should be attached.

Must be registered under the contract labor (prohibition & control) act, 1970 and must be renewed for the current year. minimum 500 persons should be registered.

Form c certificate under labour department (under the shops & commercial establishments act) and at least 500 employees should be registered and should be renewed for the current year.

Copy of the professional tax registration certificate.

For the year 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 Professional Tax Clearance copy.

Copy of the EPF Registration Certificate.

For the year 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 upto March-2026 Compliance/ Remittance/ Clearance certificate obtained from the EPF department should be attached.

Copy of the ESI Registration Certificate.

For the year 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 upto March-2026 Compliance/ Remittance/ Clearance certificate obtained from the ESI department should be attached.

Copy of the GST Registration Certificate. And for the year 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 upto march-2026 GST No Due Certificate or Clearance Certificate obatined from GST Department Should be attached.

Copy of the pan card.

Agency should submit affidavit in rupees 100/- bond paper stating that it is not black listed by government and other institutions and also the tenderer is a non elected member.

A copy of the permission letter obtained from the police authority to provide security services as per private security agency (regulation) act 2005 and karnataka private security agency rules 2008 should be submitted. The said permit should be renewed for the current year.

A copy of the Non Conviction Certificate upto March-2026 obtained from Labour Department should be submitted.

Agency should have trade licence from the city corporation/municipality/pattana panchayat/ grama panchayat or from any other local bodies. Licence should be renewed for current year.

The agency should submit the necessary document about having an office locally, if not, a covering letter about opening an office.

Attach the prescribed tender form filled in with complete information with the signature and seal of the tenderer.

Copy of bank solvency / line of credit (loc) certificate 30% of the tendered amount and addressed to DD SWD Gadag Should be attached.

Copy of income tax returns for the financial year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 should be attached.

If the tenderer organisition registered under co-operative society, then audit report for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 has been audited by the auditor of the co-operatives. Or if the tenderer is a general sole proprietorship, the audited report of the chartered accountant for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 should be enclosed. (p&l statement, balance sheet) CA UDIN Number must be included.

For the year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, 3 years average annual turnover should be more than rs. 10.00 Crore Annual turnover certificate obtained from registered chartered accountant should be attached. CA UDIN Number must be included.
