Excavation in foundation in trenches in earth work in pick work, jumper work within all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement :6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Randum rubble masonery / polygonal rubble masonery (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 : 6 :12 ( 1 cement : 6 Sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1 :6 (1cement :6 sand) in breast walls and retaining walls within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the line floor etc upto 200mm thickness complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Slopping or battering surfaces including folded plates where inclination to horizontal plates does not exceed 30 degree with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintles side and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintles not exceeding one metre in depth in all height within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Edges of Slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm. wide within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders and cantilever upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge)

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) above plinth level upto floor two level (1st. class bricks) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonary in cement brunt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1cement : 4 sand ) 1st. class bricks within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jump lock jamb beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with spilt and tails to each jamb including steel but things 2.5 mm thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing MS grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flat square of round bars with rammed headed bolts & nuts or by screws(Plain grill) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tower bolts (barrel type) with screws (200x10mm) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. handles with necessary screws complete 100 mm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M. S sliding door bolts anodized tranparent obright finished or/and black enamelled with bolts and nuts screw etc., (250x16mm) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M. S. hooks and eyes 150mm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary:- Plain glass 4mm thick. Complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1cement : 3 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/stone masonry walls & interior plastering upto floor two level including internal angle chamfers &/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Pointing on brick work with Cement Mortor 1:3(1 Cement :3 Sand ) flush pointing within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm thick (with marble chips of specified sizes) fixed on wall on 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shades:- Silver Gray Shade within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying bricks tiles over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement :3 sand) over 12mm layer of cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) and finished neat within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face C.I. rain water pipes including fitting the joints with spun yarn and cement mortar 1 :2 ( One cement : Two sand ) 100mm dia pipe within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamps of approved design to C.I. or S.C.I pipes embeded in and including cement concrete blocks 10 x10x10 cm of 1:2:4: mix (1 cement :2 sand : 4 stone graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the wall etc 100mm dia metre within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face C.I. accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with spun yarn socked in neat cement slurry and cement mortar 1 : 2 ( 1 cement : 2 sand ) C. I. plain bend 100mm dia within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3 sand:6graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface concrete smooth within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on underocated surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly bromming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with dry distempering of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including primer coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hirmachi colour wash on undecorated wall surfaces (Two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement washing with port-land cement slurry on undecorated wall surfaces (one coat) to give a smooth boiled opaque finish including thoroughly bromming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drops and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with readymixed priming paint brushing red lead, red oxide/zinc oxide chrome at pipes, flanges, Railings ,Steel ladder within all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats( excluding priming coat) over new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foregin matter sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than white within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp type-I 16mm. Dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop all as per standard design within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Toilet 1.00x1.00 mtr, Size of standard height and depth made of RCC planks frame and shutter of angle iron and plain CGI sheet WC Indian type and pits including excavation to toilet foundation and soak pit and kinds of soil and disposal of surplus excavatged earth, filling with course sand, cement concrete flooring 1:2::4 (1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) for rural sanitation system in all leads and lifts as per standard design and drawing or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, including dewatering in saturated soil upto all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neately dressed within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 5 : 10 ( 1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per P.W.D. specification within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle cleats as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, steel gate and like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle cleats as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, steel gate and fencing post M.S. angles size 65x65x6mm like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying & fixing galvanised steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-1) weighting 9.38 Kg per 100 metres (Menimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolt including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately)
