Casting of 228 No of Launching Blocks (Standing Ways) and 294 No of Construction Blocks for Slipway-4.

Providing and lay in position machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M30 grade for RCC works in dock blocks using minimum cement of 340kg per Cu.m including cost of cement but excluding cost of reinforecement, centering & shuttering and including all materials etc.

Provide sutiable centering and shuttering made with MS sheets including bolts, nuts, strutting, propping and removal of form work etc.

Supply and provide Epoxy coated reinforcement (green Colour) of Fe-500D grade (make TATA/JSW/VSP/SAIL) including transportion, straighting, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 guage (1.22mm dia) including placing in position with proper cover blocks etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and provoding 100mm dia nominal bore GI pipe of heavy grade (Class C) of approved make like Jindal/ Zenith / Tata in the dock block shown in the drawing complete allas directed. Cost of pipe including 8mm dia sprial bars welded to the pipe as per Engg. recomendations.

Supply, fabricate and fix Galvanized (100 microns hot dipped / thermal spray galvanising) 75x75x 8mm MS angles (make TATA/JSW /VSP/SAIL) as edge angles of specified sixe as per drawing including welding of angles to all sides of dock block etc., complete.

Supply, fabricate and fix Galvanized (32mm dia rod) (100 microns hot dipped / thermal spray galvanising) rods (make TATA/JSW/ VSP/SAIL) of required shape to be embedded in concrete as shown in the drawing complete all as directed.

Providing numbering on both sides of dock blocks and shifting the blocks after completion of curing period from casting place to anywhere in HSL as directed by engineer using cranes / tractors trailers etc.,

Appliciation of solvent based Aliphatic acrylate anti-carbonate protective coating on the finished concrete surface with approved products/brands/shades like Fosroc/Sika/Mapai or any other approved equivalent brnds including one coat of surface primier complete all as directed by the engineer.
