Repair and Renovation of The Residential Quarter of JMFC Building at Daringbadi for the year 2025-26

Supplying, fitting and fixing vetrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work.

Fixing Vertified tiles on dedos including all cost, conveyance etc., required for the work complete.

Distempering two coats with any shade on inside walls including all cost, conveyance, taxes, & royalty of all materials, labour, T&P etc., required for the work complete.

Dressed seasoned sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought and putup) in trusses, purlines, frames of doors, windows, ventiletar and beams.

Painting two coats with approved paint of any approved shade including cost of paints etc. complete.

Paver Pathaway Earthwork in Hard soil within initial lead &lift including roughdressing and levelling the beds, cost of all T&P labour etc.complete. with cost of all Labour, Labour cess ,Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, Sundries, T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. In depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and floors(i.e. below the base course of the flooring) using cement, 40mm. Size crusher broken H.G.Metal and screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry inclduign hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level, ramming,watering and curing etc. completek to required levels, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,royalities and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work including shoring,shuttering anddewatering(if required)including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,supplying,fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlocking concrete paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting,corbelling, splays whereever necessary to proper size with cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials and as directed by Engineer-in-chief.
