NOTE:- The quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of (a) Maintence and operating the Sluice / Gate / Hydrant valves of fresh water and hydrant valves of heavy lift storage area, MO(V) old site round the clock complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Trouble free sluice / gate valve operating and distribution of regular drinking water supply to the MO(V) old area complete.

Manning, Operation and maintenance of Dega Vihar Pump House, including incoming water pipe line with connected valves, various size of CI / MS / DI / GI distribution pipelines network for smooth operation, One Semi-skilled operator per shift of 8 hours round the clock in three shifts per day including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Man power:- One Semi-skilled operator per shift of 08 hrs List of equipments:- [a] 12.5 HP Pumpsets - 02 Nos [b] 30 KVA DG Set - 01 No [c] Starter Panel/Change over Swtich - 01 No [d] APFC Panel - 01 No Note : Manning Covered under Sl No - 04 of BOQ shall commence from 18 Jul 2021.

Note for item No.1 to 4:- (i) Cleaning the sorroundings the Pump house and replacing gland packing, greasing periodicaly for smooth functioning of the plants, keeping daily record of plant running hrs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is contractor's responsilbility. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (a) Keeping neat and clean of complete installation area by grass cutting and removing the debris in & around premises upto 1.5 m from installation Bldg. (b) Keeping daily record of DG set / pump set / AC Plant running hours all as specified and directed. (c) Carrying out 'A' check of DG set daily as per Manufacturer's manual. (d) Replacing of distilled water/battery electrolyte and charging of batteries of DG sets as and when required.

(e) The installation will be handed over in operating staff on the commencement of contract through work order. (f) The quoted rate is also inclusive of maintanining log sheets and uniform of duty persons. (g) The operator shall ensure by trial run and be alert to run the DG Set within 5 minutes of supply failure. (h) Diesel shall be issued by Department as and when required. Contractor shall have to intimate minimum 03 days in advance for issue of diesel. (j) The quoted rate is inclusive collecting and transportation of diesel from AGE E/M store yard to work site. (k) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engr-in-Charge.

Jungle / Area Cleaning by using JCB / BOBCAT for removing bushes / thick vegetation around the pump house, installations, along the pipelines to find out the leakages, levelling the area without damaging the pipelines / Cable network / Pedestals of pipelines / buildings including disposal of the vegetation / debris material up to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking down leaking Sluice valves from the position for servicing like removing sludge / scales from the gate disk, spindle, stuffing box, replacing pins, nuts & bolts washers as required on site, replacing gland packing and arresting leakages complete with painting with one coat of red oxide along with black enamel paint and changing of rubber gaskets complete with renewal of necessary bolts, nuts, washers complete all as specified for 200 / 150 mm dia size of Sluice Valves.

All as per item No 6 of above but for 100 / 80 mm dia size of Sluice Valves.

Repair/ maintenance of fire hose box by changing of damaged doors along with locking arrangements, front glass of existing size, PCC foundation and necessary rubber gaskets for doors complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Quoted rates are inclusive of one coat red-oxide paint, paint red and inside clean white paint)

M & L for Coolant (Corrosion Inhibitors) for DD Pump /DG sets all as directed and specified by Engr-In-Charge Make : SERVO / VEEDOL

M & L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace defective / unserviceable "Fire Hydrant Blanking Cap of PVC for closing the fire hydrant valves of 63/80 mm dia complete along with chain all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and replace defective / unserviceable "Fire Hydrant Female Coupling Washers of both ends" suitable of 63 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and replace defective / unserviceable "Fire Hydrant Hand Wheel" for closing the fire hydrant valves of 63/80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L in repairs Synthetic mat (rubber matting) suitable for 11000 Volts electrical grade 2mx1mx19mm thick chequered top, ISI marked to be laid in front of LT panel board complete all as specified and directed.
