Supplying at Site prepacked cold bituminous mix material conforming to IRC 116-2014 and as per particular specification of the item "Road Bond" of make HINCOL or equivalent including transportation charges.

Supplying at site rapid setting bitumen emulsion "RS 1" of make HINCOL or equivalent including transportation charges

Supply at site hot bituminous sealing compound "Shali jet" of make M/s STP ltd. or equivalent

Chase cutting of existing bituminous pavement upto a depth of 50 mm to 100 mm with mechnical joint cutting machine including cost of labour, fuel/power as specific to machine and blades etc complete

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Bituminous road

Filling chases depth upto 100mm in bituminous pavement with cold bituminous mix material conforming to IRC 116-2014 "Road Bond" of make HINCOL or equivalent including applying priming coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion "RS 1" of make HINCOL or equivalent @ 0.5 kgs/ sqm, compacting with power operated flat vibrator to a dense finish and level to adjoining pavement surface including necessary labour, fuel/power and applying stone dust to prevent tackiness etc complete. Bituminous mix material and emulsion to be paid for seperately.

Sealing grooves in bituminous pavement with hot bituminous sealing compound "Shali jet" of M/s STP ltd. or equivalent including necessary heating arragment with portable gas equiment, cleaning the groove with compressed air etc complete. Width and depth of the groove to be sealed will be in the range of 5mm to 15mm and 10mm to 30mm respectively.

Carriage of materials by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking for lead upto 5 Kms : Building Rubbish

Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of Proportion 80 kg. of hot bitumen , 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand for depth per expansion joints.

Supply of Hexagonal PVC Safety Cone of height 1000mm Base 420 (L) mm x 370(W) mm colour Red with 2 no’s of reflective sleeves ,slit for passage of chain ,minimum weight 4.8 kgs model no RMHEXDC1000HW of make Nilkamal or equivalent.

Supply of PLS chain -S type in Red and White colour of make Nilkamal or equivalent.
