Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm and down gradedhard granite crusher broken metal including all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm hard granite crusher broken metal including all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge.

R.C.C work with R.C.C M-25 using 20mm downgraded size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry having a minimum comprresive strength (in work test) 25 kg/Cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted including hoisting,lowering laying and compacting concrete by using vibrator with watering and curing for 28 days centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beds whereever necessay including cost conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S.Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires and labour charge for bending binding and tying the grills etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Column Base-
