Supply of 16 meter High Mast shaft in two section, suitable for wind velocity for 50 m/ sec, with head frame, winch mounting bracket, the galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 6 luminaries in symmertical arrangement along with following arrangements: a. Non flame proof branded motor b. Movable lantern carraige c. Double drum Winch d. 5 core, 2.5 sq.mm trailing cable e. lighting finial f. Anchor plate and template g. Foundation bolt and nuts.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32 Amp TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP conductor for automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 Nos 9 Amp contactors and raise lower push botton, incoming 35 Sq mm and outgoing 16 & 2.5 Sq mm terminals etc as reqd. Panel should be erected in minimum 14 gauge CRCA sheet box with supporting angles, self- lock, gasket and slanting top erected in CC foundation, painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of smoke grey colour with even shade, etc as required.

Supply of Single dome aviation obstruction lights with LED lamps.

Supply of 120 watt LED Flood light Luminaries of Area Lighting with energy saving Main Housing, Power coated pressure dia cast aluminium housing, Front Clear toughened glass, Suitable secondary lens for better light distribution.

Construction of suitable shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete suitable for 16 mtr high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at size as 10 T/ sq metre at 2 Metre depth, for base anchor plate size 590 PDC of 670X670X25 mm thick, foundation nut and bolts size 850 mm long/30 mm dia/TS 600 as per the foundation drawing with all materials and labour, such as earth work excavation, reinforced cement concrete in walls, PCC, Steel Reinforcement with necessary centering and shuttering etc complete as required along with installation testing commissioning of highmast.

Erection of 16 Mtr high mast in two sections with the help of suitable tools and tackles & wiring, connection of luminaries with all wiring materials & labour etc. as reqd

Supplying of following size XLPE insulated & PVC tape innersheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size confirming to IS:7098 (Part- I) 1988 with up to date ammendment as required..

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Upto 35 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc.with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
