Annual Maintenance contract of Fire alarm and Fire Fighting Systems at Vadodara Airport. (For 02 Year period) (Yr 2023-24 and 2024-25)

Operation and preventive maintenance contract of Fire Alarm system, Fire hydrant system,Fire alarm with auto dialar system ,Sprinkler system and Aspiration system at different locations as detailed given below in three shifts involving attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action with deployment of minimum man power as per special condition of contract, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working conditions of the system and maintain records / documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days including sunday and holidays. a) For New Terminal Building :-Addressable fire alarm & fire hydrant system, Sprinkler system & Aspiration system b) For New ATC cum Technical building:-Addressable fire alarm & fire hydrant system, Sprinkler system & Aerosol based fire suppression system. c) For Old Terminal building :-Conventional fire alarm system & Fire hydrant system d) For Old NAV-AIDS :-Fire alarm and auto dialer system. e) For New NAV-AIDS :- Fire alarm, Novec based Gas suppression system and auto dialer system. (Note :- This item does not include supply of spares, overhaluling/ servicing of diesel engine,rewinding of motors and repairing of pumps.)

Half yearly visit by OEM/ Authorised service dealer of OEM of Honywell /notifier i.r.o Serviceability and healthiness of system with suggestion for preventive / repair work (if any) for fire alarm and fire detection system including submission of details reports.of various installations as follows :- a) For New Terminal Building :-Addressable fire alarm and VESDA Aspiration system b) For Old Terminal building :-Conventional fire alarm system c) For NAV-AIDS :-Gas suppression system, Ravel make Fire alarm and auto dialer system. d) For New ATC cum Technical block - Aerosol based fire suppression system, Ravel make fire alarm system. (Note :- This item does not include supply of spares, overhaluling/ servicing of diesel engine,rewinding of motors and repairing of pumps.)

Half yearly visit by OEM/ Authorised service dealer of OEM of Eaton i.r.o Serviceability and healthiness of system with suggestion for preventive / repair work (if any) for fire alarm and fire detection system installed in New ATC Tower cum Technical Block including submission of details reports. (Note :- This item does not include supply of spares, overhaluling/ servicing of diesel engine,rewinding of motors and repairing of pumps.)

Supply of addressable Control Module etc. for Directional Sounder, Sounder with Flasher etc complete as required.(Make : Notifire, Model FCM-1)

Supply of addressable Relay Module etc. for AHU, Fire dampars , Smoke ventilation etc complete as required.(Make : Notifire, Model FRM-1)

Supply of Addressable type manual call (Glass Break) Station complete with all accessories. (Make : Notifire, Model -F/MCC/GLASS-1)

Supply of Addressable type Monitor module to take signal from thirdparty device to fire panel can detect with all accessories. (Make : Notifire, Model FMM-1)

Supply of addressable optical mult isensor (Smoke cum Heat ) Detector with base (Make :Eaton, Model no. ULCAPT340 + UCAB300)

Supply of addressable multi mode thermal Heat Detector with base. (Make :Eaton, Model no. ULCAH330 + UCAB300)

Supply of response indicator (Make :Eaton, Model no. CIR301)

Supply of addressable Control Module etc.(Make :Eaton, Model:- ULMCOM)

Supply of addressable Monitor Module.(Make :Eaton, Model:- ULMCIM)

Supply of conventional Photoelectric Smoke Detector with base (Make: Apollo (Orbis), Part no. ORB-OP-12003-APO)

Supply of Conventional Heat Detector with base (Make: Apollo (Orbis), Part no. ORB-HT-11013-APO, CLASS-A1R)

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Butterfly valves wafer type of PN 1.6 rating of following sizes with EPDM rubber lining seat and CF-8 stainless steel disc duly ISI marked and stainless steel stem with lever operated and cast iron body in powder coated finish for fire fighting application in fire fighting system or RO Plant system complete in all respects confirming to IS: 13095 as required. a) 150 mm dia
