Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above the ground level) (Un-reinforced) and removing to a distance not exc 50 meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base/floor etc as a levelling course complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in bed block or hold fast complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm grade aggregate as in coping, leveling course or similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1: 3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded agg finishing even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protections/path and laid fair in alternate bays n including filler joints with sealing compound grade 'A' where required complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick,Cement concrete, type B-1, (1:2:4), 20 mm graded aggregate as in floor making finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggr) in roof Kerbs,rounded or chamfered or haunching in chajjas to prevent water seepage into brick walls,including necessory formwork and scafolding upto a height of 8mtr including demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanting wall /ceiling board (Fibre pulp insulation) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame for false ceiling 600x600mm size of wall angle 25x25x.55 mm size of cross tee and main tee 26x24x0.55mm and 32mm x 24mm x 0.55mm with 2 mm dia double GI wire with end adjuster at one end only suspender including S & F of 4mm thick E Board decorative type in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel truss or any type of truss complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs for 4 mm thick E Board decorative type, fixed to timber/ GI/ Aluminium framework in ceiling flat/ sloping complete all as specified and directed.
