OUTDOOR UNIT: SITC of Air cooled VRF top discharge type Outdoor Unit (cooling only) each comprising of variable speed all inverter controlled scroll/Rotary compressor, air cooled copper condensor with protective coated fins, mounting frame, micro processor control panel and other standard accessories according to OEM standard. The unit shall be suitable for operation with R-410A refrigerant. Minimum EER at 100% load & at minimum 35 degree centigrade ambient condition should not be less than 10 (Ashree standard table 6.8.1 L). Nominal capacity of outdoor units in BOQ at climatic condition of kolkata taking into consideration of ambient correction factor as per OEM standard to deliver inside temparature condition @24 ±2 degree centigrade. The outdoor unit should be combination of multiple modules and each of the module should contain multiple variable speed inverter type scroll or rotary compressors. Supply and charging of R410A refrigerant gas for entire system including Testing and commissioning of complete VRV system including all indoor units,outdoor units,electricals,remotes etc including pressure testing with nitrogen & vaccumasation.

Making wall opening for copper and drain pipe line and also making scaffolding arrangement for installation of copper line at outside of the building.

Note 01 : Any other item or items left out from BOQ but essentially required for successful completion of the work may be raised for inclusion in the scope of work during pre-bid meeting.Otherwise bidder has to consider left out items deemed to be included in the scope of work. Bidders are advised to visit the site and and quote the price -accordingly. Note 02: An Autocadd Generated Drawing has to be approved before starting of any construction & Materials to be approved by E.I.C. Note 03: The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent, trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer for technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. Note 04: Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules The defect liability period (DLP) of the aforesaid work will be for the period of THREE (03) years from date of completion.
