Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/AC/ Fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, from framed works complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B complete.

Supply & fix Pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

Supply and fixing Stainless steel handle of 110mm size as per approved sample for kitchen cabinate shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sliding telescopic channel high grade mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised of size 20" as per approved sample

Supply and fixing Magnet catch for CB/ cabinet shutters as per approved sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised for 30mm width of flaps (when open), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs brass Locks of 4 Levers for cupboard, grade I, size 65mm or equivalent of make given in Appx 'B' as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs brass mortice lock of 4 Lever vertical type, size 100 mm for doors or equivalent of make given in Appx 'B' as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs18mm thick solid PVC ply of 1st quality of one side prelaminated of approved colour and one side white colour fixed with screwes, solvent cement /adhesive to make kitchen cabinate and cup board shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 18mm thick PVC coated ply of grade 1 quality of both side white colour fixed with screwes ,solvent cement /adhesive to making of furniture /wall panelling/ CBs shutters etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 12mm thick PVC coated ply of grade 1 quality of both side white colour fixed with screwes, solvent cement /adhesive to making of furniture /wall panlling/ CBs shutters etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone jalli of 40-50mm thick in any size and in side shape with asthetic view including pillers/frames/posts (thumbly) complete all as directed. Note : Measurement shall be carried out including frame/posts/frames.

M&L for Stone slab 25mm to 35 mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than 60cm and n. exc 120 cm in copings, window cills, chajjas, sunshades, etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edged rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc.

S&F rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engr in charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed 15mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 jointed with grey cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary or other than fair face of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint , over a coat of chalk whiting all as directed.

Taking down old existing roof treatment(APP membrane) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any type description and in any position complete all as specified.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified.

M & L for min 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-O m (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M/L 10mm thick plastering in cm 1:3 on green concrete roof surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of concrete surfaces for applying bitumenous primer (conforming to IS : 3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonindig material below membrane and II nd coat on top of membrane. Each coat eill be paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for applying APP based polymeric membrne minium weighing not less than 3 kg/Sqm and minium 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application and finally finished with aluminium paint @ 0.20 Ltr per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) kerb solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified

Supply & fixing in repairs brass CP Bib taps, fancy type, 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern low level 10ltrs capicty white, fixed with new brackets complete all as specifed and directed Make.
