The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42 Degree Celcius. Must comply : Electrical cable IS 694 or IS 9968 temperature sensing control IS /International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 60730, hermetic compressor IS 10617, heat exchanger IS 11329, capacitor IS 2993 and motor IS 12615. Complete as per IS : 1391 Part II 2023. The system shall be able to operate up to 50 0C (out door ambient temperature) with comprehensive maintenance contract up to the end of DLP period including periodical services, gas topping etc. complete. OD277626/2025-2026:Supply and Fixing of 4 KVA voltage stabilizer for split type A/C unit with voltage range of 175-275V and out put range of 210 - 240V (V Guard VG400) or its equivalent as required.

OD277627/2025-2026:Supply and providing the following size soft drawn copper pipe for extending the pipe between out door and indoor unit, including insulating the pipe using rubberized foam sleeve 10mm thick, brazing, leak testing etc.:- 3/8 inch (9.52 mm) and 5/8 inch (15.8 mm) 22 gauge (CE Observed data)

OD277629/2025-2026:Supply and fixing of 20mm (10kg/cm2) PVC drain pipe along with all required accessories in surface/ recess including cutting the wall and making good the damages etc. as required
