CIVIL WORKS

INFILTRATION WELL

Construction of 10.00 m internal dia 1050 lpm discharge. (HFL 3.00m from MWL) Infiltration Well including cost of M.P.S. pump house supermounted over infiltration well including construction of approach bridge minimum span 15.00m ,maximum as per site requirement including supply of all materials, cartage, labour and T&P etc., but excluding cost of pumps, motor and all other electrical equipments.

PUMP HOUSE

Design & Construction of Pump house one each at all IIntermediate pumping stations having size 8.00 x 7.00 x 6.00 M (internal dimensions) to accomodate 2 pumping plants including cost of all material labour, cartage and T&P etc all complete.Design should be structurally sound having asthetical look . Pump house consist of foundation for pumping plants, cable trench ,provision for Gaintry craine internal electrification etc. complete.

SUMPS & CWR Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. Sump / CWR of following capacities (KL) with M.S. ladder outside & inside of the tank, M.S.M.H. cover with locking arrangement, supply and fixing of chlorinator, cowl,outlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting with approved water proofing (apex) / enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2.

RISING MAIN Providing of all materials, Carting to site of work, Lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying of API Pipes confirming to API 5L, Jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of eletrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe lines (Ador, L&T or equivalent quality of electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, completion of work with testing of pipe line etc complete. including painting of pipes with two coats of approved quality anti-corrosive paint over one coat of primar including material etc complete.

Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 3m lead upto 30m including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete.

Same as above but in medium rock.

Supply of the following cast carban steel Sluice valves confirming ASA 300/600 specifications end flages cast integral, serrated finish, raised face wedge gate solid, direct hand wheel operation to site of work.

Providing & fixing barbed wire fencing height 1.5 m above GL using 50x50x6 mm angle iron post for Sumps,CWRs, Pump Houses, staff quarters including supply of all labour, material T&P all complete.

Supply and fixing of MS Iron Gates (3.60 m wide) with pillers at each IPS including supply of all labour, material T&P all complete.

SUPPLY MAIN/ Distribution system Providing of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, laying & jointing of G.I. screwed pipes (including supply of all jointing materials like specials, white lead, hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc complete.

Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 1.5m. lead upto 30m including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto adistance of 60m. from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders and rest 25% will be in medium rock.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

PCC nominal mix 1:2:4 (Hand mixed) plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specifications .

Protection work as Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls,retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
