Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying of tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of VG-10 including heating the bitumen spraying the bitumen by mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler ,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt dust mud etc and finally brooming the surface as per required specifications.

Providing and laying of 50 mm Premix Bitumenous macadam base coarse with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in MORTH with straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 @3% by weight of total mix (@60kg/cum) including hot mixing transporting mixed material and laying with paver finishers to the required level and grade rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density cost and carriage of all materials involved complete

Providing and laying of 25 mm thick semi dense bitumenous concrete using stone aggregates of quality size and grading as specified in MORTH with straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 @5% by weight of total mix (@2.88kg/sqm) includng hot mixing transporting mixed material and laying with paver finishers to the required level and grade rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to acieve the required compaction and density including cost and carriage of all materials involved complete.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete.
