Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plants 2.92 MLD based on Rapid sand filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at village Balllah (Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chambers, Raw water tank, C/O pre-Sedimentation tanks, Clariflocculator , flash mixing ,cascade aerator,Electrical channel flow meter, rapid sand filter, pipe gallery, back wash tank and clear water tanks for coagulant addition proper alum, lime, solution tank with proper mechanical mixing arrangement . Bleaching power solution chlorination is to be provided for disinfection, drainage channel, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide) chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements gaseous chlorination units, back wash units with pumping sets and Air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, Plant building comprising with office, / automation room , room for housing the automated valves. Providing and fixing of lightening arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundry unit of plant area, Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30 design shall be carried out as per design sheet chapter No.1 & technical specification No.1. All the structure shall be designed for up lift pressur encountred at footing as per contour plan uploaded suitable projection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises.

UNDER GROUND MAIN & SERVICE RESERVOIRS
Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Circular/Ractangular partially underground storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe ,proper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.

Providing , laying, jointing with circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) GI flanged pipes after every 100 mtr of pipe of following diametr .Conforming to IS 1239-1990 (Part-II), having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and febrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall also include flanged joints duly welded in three layers (Two inner & one outer), where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of tees i.e. lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing, D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, fixing, jointing and testing in trenches of MSERW pipe (Zinc coated) circumferential butt welded pipes including cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 with steel grade L-290 or X-42 of latest edition or having wall thickness as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube.The M.S. Flanges are to be provided 5% of total joints and remaining 95% joints with butt welded joints as detailed below.The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date amendments) duly welded in three layers (one inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364 (with up to date amendments). 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets confirming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees, etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736 -1986 (with up to date amendments). The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The tolerance in thickness and mass/weight of pipe will be accepted as per relevant BIS code. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches shall be measured and paid for separately) and also the cost of M.S. Flanges will be measured and paid for seperately.
