Material and labour for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slab, chulla hoods, chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar articles of any thickness and size and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessay formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping, bed plate, kerbs, water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation, flooring, sub base, paving, surface channels, drains complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bres-summers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions with rough finished square, rectangular, or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia or wire and average width of aperture 1.00mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl. mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15.00 above but 6 to 8mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders and -ditto-.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of water tank in roof and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only existing 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated steel sheet of any colour as in roof covering/cladding to wall with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel 20mm dia curtain rod including fixing brackets and knobs fixing at end of pelmet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS tank cover with zinc coating, 500mm dia and 150mm height of spherical shape and gas welded spikes of 2mm dia and 75mm long at 50mm centre to centre of all surface in zig zag pattern and fixed with 50mm long medium weight MS butt hinges locked with 100 mm long hasp and staples in existing PVC over head tank of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for cleaning and de-silting/de-slugging of existing storm water drain or culvert completely of solid/liquid sludge/soil by pumping/manually from inside the drain or culvert of sectional area not exc 1.00 sqm and removal of sludge, depositing, spread and levelled at a distance not exceeding 50 meter complete all as specified and directed.
