Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast articles complete all as specified directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

Cleaning/clearance of blocked WC (any type) at any floor from WC to first manhole and making the drain pipe fully functional by flushing with water to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including disposal of sludge/waste material upto 50 mtr burrying the same in a pit all as specified .

Cleaning/clearance of blocked kitchen, bathrooms, WHBs from nahani/floor trap to gully trap/1st manhole and making the drain pipe full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including disposal of sludge/waste material upto 50 mtr and burrying the same in a pit all as specified .

De-watering of soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole by taking out water collected in soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole and removing the same out of MOD land. The water desposed off in a pit of require size complete all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge (liquid volume above solid sludge deposition to be measured). Note : All T&P and pumping set shall be provided by the contractor.

Desludging of soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole by taking out sludge from inside of soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole and removing the sludge out of MOD land and burried the sludge in pits of depth exceeding 1.50m and of required size and covering pits with minimum 30cm thick layer of earth work complete all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (solid deposited sludge only to be measured). Note: All T&P and pumping set shall be provided by the contractor.

Cleaning of underground drain pipe of 150mm dia incl manholes by rodding from manhole to manhole, manhole to septic tank, flushing with water taking out sludge and other materials blocking the drain pipes, carrying/removing the same to a distance n exc 50 mtr and burrying in pit including covering the pit with soil in layers of minimum 45 cm thick all as specified.

Excavation over areas n.exc. 3m depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified .

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L broken bricks aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 40mm to 80mm graded as in soakage well etc, complete all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete, M-7.5 (Nominal Mix), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), complete all as specified.

M&L PCC, M-10 (Nominal Mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified.

Plain Cement Concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix) , type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) as in coping, cills, steps; in lintels upto 1.6m clear span and similar other works like bands, plinth courses, lacing courses, bed plates, water troughs and the like incl weathring, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, incl necessary form work, complete, all as specified. Note: Reinforcement if used, shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Precast reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in cover slab, manhole cover, shelves and similar articles with plain face, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified .

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specifed.

All as per the description of serial item No 21 here-in-before but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in one brick thick honey combed walling built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

Formwork to sides and soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dai (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar in foul conditions.

Taking down plaster on brick or stone masorny or on concrete surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compund, finished surfaces fair and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirmaing to TMT bars, complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel bars 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars all as specified.

S&F angle iron frames for manhole fixed independently on in manhole cover confirming to Fe-410-WC gde E-250, complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring fixed in wall, ceiling, floors etc 110mm bore of pipe (fixed in repair), complete all as specified.

All as per the description of serial item No 31 above but 75mm bore.

PVC (SWR) bends 110mm bore (fixed in repair)

All as per the description of serial item No 33 above but 75mm bore.

PVC (SWR) junction single, (single 'T') 110mm bore equal or unequal.

S&F Vitreous China squating pan Orissa pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (including making good the disturbed portion as per surrounding areas excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) fixed in repair all as specified.
