Supply of 8.00 Mtr. Long ISI marked swaged steel tubular pole as per IS: 2713/1980 (Part-'A') as amended from time to time, along with Cap Welded on top & Cast iron Base plate of designation 410SP-32 (Steel tubular pole shall be supplied by the HPSEBL Qty= 8 Nos)

Supply of RCC muff (RCC Muff shall be supplied by HPSEBL, Qty= 8 Nos)

Supply of shackel insulator with D-Iron & spool Tie

Supply of ACSR 6/1/2.59 sq.mm (ACSR 6/1/2.59 sqmm shall be supplied by the HPSEBL Qty = 889 mtr.)

Supply of Galvanized Stay Strand conforming to ISS-2141/1992 Edition 2002-05 (with upto date amendments) with heavy coating Zinc hot Dip Galvanized as per ISS-4826/1979 (2001-06) (latest)of following grade and size:- Grade -4 Size 7/3.15mm (7/10SWG) ( Stay wire Shall be Supplied by the HPSEBL, QTY= 48 Kg)

Supply of LT stay set complete in all respect

Supply of Earth Knob/ hook

Supply of GI wire 8SWG for Earthwire (GI wire shall be supplied by HPSEBL= 45Kg)

Supply of Earthing set complete

Supply of Nuts and Bolts

Supply of Aluminium Paint

LT Line (Erection Part):-

Erection of steel tubular pole complete viz digging of pit, Erection of pole, Fixing of insulator, Concreting of RCC Muff, Filling of pit+ramming, painting of pole and all steel items (Punching of the poles is stricitly not allowed)

Laying, stringing , sagging & binding of ACSR 6/1/2.59 Sqmm

Erection of Stay Set LT (Digging of pit, fixing of stay rod, filling of pit , nozzeling & tighting)

Erection of Earthing set (Digging of pit, fixing of GI wire to the earth system & filling of pit)

Erection of Gi wire

Fixing of Jumper
