Repair and Renovation of Non-Residential Building Projects of Tarbod out post building for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil with initial leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 23.00cm (9”) thick layers including watering and ramming with the cost conveyance, royalties , taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only)

Cement concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including watering if required as per direction of the E.I.C.

R.C.C.(1:1.5:3) with 12mm size hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering, curing for four weeks ,centering ,shuttering and finished the exposed surface smooth ,providing beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials, labour ,T&P articles required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost of bending, binding of M.S. for Tor Steel & tying the grills and placing in position as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, bend up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works and for providing cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete.in all floors (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. rods or tor steel only)

Well burnt K.B. brick works in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use with good quality kiln bunt brick of 10"sizes having crushing strength not less than 75Kg./Sqm including splays cutting ,circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections, chamfering and corbelling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance , royalties of all materials with cost of all labours,all taxes with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking outjoints 12 mm Deep and removing the debris within 50 m leads etc complete .

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of 9”/10” thick brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost, conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm (¾") thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over stone work after racking out the joints including cost conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour and T&P required for the work and including watering curing and finishing etc. complete in all respects in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing tiles make in floors ,trads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slry mixed with watering curing including cost conveyance royality and taxes of all materials labour & T&P required for the work complete as per the EIC.

Supplying and fixing tiles in dadoo,skirting and rises of steps on12 mm thick cement plaster in mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubing and polishing with cost,coveyance of all materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Cement washing one coat with any approved type of shade over on the new plastered surface including cost of all materials labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC

Wall painting 2 coats with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint ect complete.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of distemperand labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the directoin of theEIC

Providing , fitting, fixing of PVC Door including all cost of labour T&P hire charges of drilling machine etc complete.bcomplete.

Making R.C.C. jally as per approved design 2.5 cm to 5.00 cm thick and fixing in cement mortar in position after cutting the grooves, etc. complete including cost of all materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
