Installation, testing & commissioning of 25 KVA voltage stabilizers by way of carriage/ shifting of stabilizer from stacking place to site of work on MT and HL. P/F of Copper cable of standard ISI make(as per site condition) for making connections from main switch to Voltage stabilizer for all the three phases in three leads with neutral & then from stabilizer to buss bar fuse system with proper thimbling duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation. Conducting of whole electric circuit with the help of conduit pipes, PVC flexible pipes, bends etc. Filling of transformer oil up to required level after heat treatment/dehydration to make it moisture free. Job includes cost of material and Fitting charges.

Providing, of multi stage submersible pump set 3000 GPH x 100MH (Head Range +10-25), coupled with suitable motor. The recommended make of Pump should be Kirloskar/ KSB/ LUBI along with recommended make of motor. The pumping Machinery should confirm relevant ISO with all latest amendments. The equipment shall also be accompanied with test certificates and performance curves.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible Pump Set 3000 GPH X 100 MH at pumping station Chowki Handan Dug well,, along with allied works by way of fabrication of 65mm dia GI pipe nipples 10 feet long welded with MS flanges-65mm dia at both ends-10nos, for making delivery of the pump. Fabrication of GI pipe nipple with threads at one end & MS flange at other end & fastening the threaded end of nipple with the delivery of pump. Fabrication of gantry by way of making of base frame of MS channel and plates of required size. Grouting the base frame at bore well site, fab/erection of G.I. pipe nipples at both ends of the base frame, welding of pipe nipple of required size at top. Fabrication of MS clamps 65mm dia. - 02 sets for holding submersible pump & nipples. Providing of chain pulley block heavy duty of capacity 02 ton -01 no. Providing /Fitting of 6 mm square three core sub cable for making of electrical connection from motor to control panel with proper thimbling & insulation. Coupling of pump motor with the help of coupling pulley. Lowering of pump motor set along with GI pipe nipples and submersible cable into the Bore well with the help of chain pulley block, ropes & skilled/unskilled labours. Providing/Fitting of MS bends 65mm dia. with MS flanges. Providing/Fitting of 65mm dia sluice valve & check valve 65mm dia-01no each with MS flanges, nut/bolts & washers, and interconnecting with the raising main with all allied welding work. Providing /Fitting of 10 HP automatic submersible control panel having protection devices -01 no. Providing/Fitting of nut/bolts, washers, tapes & sundry items required at site .Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges & carriage charge.

Testing and commissioning of submersible pump motor set all other allied electromechanical works. Checking of all electrical connections, tapping and tightening all other connections. Plugging of leaking joints if any by way of welding, replacement of gaskets and tightening of nuts and bolts. Testing the machinery on full load. Complete job.
