Repair, overhauling and maintenance of existing portable belt conveyor job include: - 1) Checking thoroughly, providing & replacement of damaged roller, replacement of damaged / worn out chains, sprockets etc. 2) Providing and replacing required bearing, nut bolts, hardware etc. 3) Alignment of motors, gear box etc. Scope excludes repaired and rewinding of motors 4) Any other spare as required for satisfactory completion of repair and uninterrupted operation. 5) Scope includes replacement of belt, belt jointing in case new belt is required same will be in supplied by HBL.
