REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROAD UNDER ZONE A OF GE (A) AHMEDABAD

Repair to potholes n.exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm putting in bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes n. exc. 30mm all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm exceeding 50mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using paving 4% bitumen of any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Material and labour applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 2.5 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG 10) all as specified.

Material and labour for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30mm consolidated/ compacted thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using hot mix plant, and mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller,all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Old unserviceable/damaged road furniture items like cat eye, solar cat eye and delineator of any description.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10cm width on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturers instruction complete and as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel all as specified and directed.
