M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

(b) M&L for applying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (c) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick of weight 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster fiber as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side & end over laps/ joints etc as per manufacturer's instructions. (d) M&L for finishing of top surface by two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm grouted all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions. (e) M&L for carryingout ponding test by filling of water over roof slab continuously for 48 hours all as specified and directed. (f) M&L for providing template of size 450 x 450 mm to each bldg where roof treatment is carried out with marking CA No, date of roof treatment, expiry date etc complete all as specified and directed.
