Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in ground floors or pavings n exc 15 cm thick (below or above) ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-1 (20mm graded aggregate),75mm thick as in sub base of floors, finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and rough etc complete all as specified.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate), 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection/ Foot Path/hardstanding etc, finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Machine pressed precast pre-polished coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 60 mm thickness (blocks to be collected from MES store yard) set and jointed over and including 25mm thick sand cushion etc complete.

Fixing only Machine pressed precast pre-polished coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 80 mm thickness (blocks to be collected from MES store yard) set and jointed over and including 25mm thick sand cushion etc complete.

Fixing only Heavy duty (Dura stone) Coloured Ceramic Tiles 300x300x8-10mm thick (Tiles to be collected from MES store yard) with and incl set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White Cement mixed with Pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 etc complete.

Fixing only precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) solid blocks as in kerb blocks (blocks to be collected from MES store yard) with and including set and jointed in CM 1:4 incl excavation and earth work etc as reqd and ordered complete.

Fixing only precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, (RCC Jali to be collected from MES store yard) of any type, size and thickness, fixing with and including set in CM 1:6 incl dismantling of existing jali etc complete.

Cleaning to Drain & culverts by taking out Brick Bat, Muds, Clay, Sludge etc from the bottom of Drains and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50.00 Meter and depostied etc complete.

M&L Brick Work with old size Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks, laid on Edge as Side Walls of Brick Drains in Slope, Bedded and Jointed in Cement Mortar 1:6 and Pointed in Cement Mortar 1:3 etc complete.

M & L for rendering in cement mortar (1: 4), 15mm thick on concrete/ brick masonry wall surfaces, finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete.

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC, ) any section embedded in natural ground, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground in any type of soil etc complete.

Dismantling fancing wire mesh, any type all as directed.

Excavation in post holes or simillar hole each n exc. 0.5 cum, getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil etc complete.

M&L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe -290 or Fe -330, with and incl necessary nut and bolts of 12mm dia of reqd length etc complete.

Supply only chain link MS Zink coating 60gms as per IS 4826 fencing 75x75mm mesh 4mm dia or wire complete all as specified. (Note : The weight of chain link shall be as per BOQ ordered by GE).

Fixing only chain link fencing (Chain link wire mesh to be collected from MES store yard) fixing with and including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire etc complete.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia etc complete.

Fixing only Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire (barbed wire to be collected from MES store yard) of any thickness straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includigng, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer etc complete.
