(Plinth area only to be measured for the payment )

4.11 : Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Providing and laying 110mm( 6kg/cm2) dia slotted pipe with all fittings in 20mm Aggregate filling behind thr retaining wall(Filling shall be measured under item concerned)

Supplying and packing of 20 to 75mm graded aggregate as per IS code 383-1970 between the retaining wall and earth fill along the building perimeter including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including lead, lift, stacking, transportation etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge - for retaining wall

PCC WORKS

4.1.8 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

RCC WORKS

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in -charge. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With toughned glass of 6mm thickness.

9.84 : Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width form 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

9.121 : Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Frames shall be mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames to have inbuild grooved sealing system and shall be site fitted with PVC seal as standard. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Frames shall be filled with puff.Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door, with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from minimum 0.8mm (22guage) thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a clipon arrangement. The glass should be 5mm clear toughned glass of relavant rating of the door.All doors and frames shall be finished Pure Polyster Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt sprey test. Rate shall include supply and installation of door and hardware as a complete assembly as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule. Once frame installed should be filled with PUF as recomended by the manufacturer or engineer.1200mmX2400mm

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2hr fire rated fire door of size 1500mmx2400mm with 46mm thick shutter manufactured from 1.2mm thick GI sheet sandwiching with Honey comb insulation material. The door frames manufactured from 1.6mm thick GI sheet pressed from single rebate profile of size 100mmx57mm and sandwiching with Honey comb insulation material. The door frame and single leaf door is finished with powder coating of 50 micron approved shade.Fire doors are inclusive of vision panel with 6mm thick 2hr fire rated glass of size 200mmx300mm, panic bar/latch (double point), external lever handle, surface door closer, dash fastener and other accessories required for the full functioning of the Fire rated Doors

Curtain Track-Providing and fixing aluminium curtain track as per following specification.The track shall be made out of Aluminium alloy ( 6063-T6) with all Corner of profile having radius of 50mm,tensile Strength of 195 MPA, and a shear strength of 150 MPA. The Shape and Size tolerance shall be in accordance with IS 733- 1983. All materials shall be ROHS compliant with Corrosion resistance properties.The track shall be 50-60 micron Standard traffic white powder coated (Mahacoat) with seven stage processes. The Tracks shall have drill guide on the top. Track Gauge - 1.5 mm to 1.6 mm , 3.44 mm on top Profile Size 27mm x 20.4mm, HD Deralin Roller with SS 302 Hooks. The roof clamps shall be made out of aluminum pipe of 12.7 - 12.9mm diameter. The Upper Circular Plate shall be made out of aluminum with a diameter of 50.4mm.The outer surfacce shall be powder coated to approved finish and colour. The track shall be ceiling suspended using anchors, bolts, screws etc. Wall Supports & Bridge Clamps shall be aluminum powder coated to approved Curtain colour and finish. Removal Point shall be made out of mild steel with Zinc for simple loading & unloading of curtains.

Curtain cloth-Providing and installation of hospital curtains with the following specifications. The curtians shall be Premium Quality Fabric Curtains:Stain Retardant Fabric with matching color 450mm oval net on top. Complete with SS grommets.

BLOCKWORK

6.47 : Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/ 230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5 .The efficiency of the equipment shall meet ECBC+ latest standards. Motor shall be minimum IE 3 rated as per IS 12615. Capacity - 16 HP.
