7.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER.

Tenderer shall submit their offer in Electronic format on above mentioned website up to 18.00 Hrs. up

to Dt.22-05-2026 after digitally signing the same. Offer which is not digitally signed will not be

accepted. No offer in physical form will be accepted & any such offer if received will be out rightly

8.0 OPNING OF TENDER :

The on-line Price Bid (on line) will be opened on Dt:-25-05-2026 at 12.00 Hrs. on website

tender.nprocure.com in the Office of as mentioned in Para 3(B) (iv) above Intending bidders or their

representative who wish to participate in online tender opening can log on to tender.nprocure.com on

the due date & time, mark their presence or participate in online tender opening for more details

Surendranagar office premise at the time of tender opening can do so. Only one representative of each

firm will be allowed to remain present.

9.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :-

a. The cost of tender document will not be refunded under any circumstances.

b. EMD in the form specified in tender document only shall be receipted. E.M.D. shall be valid up to 165 days.

c. The offer shall be valid for 120 days from the last date of receipt of tenders.

d. Conditional tender shall not be accepted.

e. Government reserves the right to lowest responsive offer based on evaluation of tender & reject any or all Tenders

without assigning any Reason.

f. The notice shall form a part of contract document.

g. The tenderers are advised to read carefully the “instruction” & “Eligibility Criteria” contained in the tender documents.

m. 1% on Account of SGST and 1% on Account of CGST shall be recovered from the payment to be made under the Contract

of this work at Source (TDS)

n. One percent (1%) of the work done for this work shall be deducted from running account bills of the contractor for

labour welfare cess as per prevailing rules.

o. The contractor should have submitted all documents through online. (By scanning etc.).

p. If Found Necessary Contractor Will be intimated for negotiation. He Will be intimated Maximum three times

within validity period for negotiation. If contractor does not respond in time, his earnest money will be

forfeited and his tender will be rejected. Punitiative action will be taken on such contractor.
