Carrying out B-Check maintenance of following capacity Kirloskar make Diesel Engine Set installed at MSO Building, IP Estate, New Delhi i/c replacement of element assembly, Kit fuel filter and ring, kit super bypass Filter element, Inhibitor, corrosion, air cleaner element, seal O-ring, Gasket, valve cover, strip test, lubricant oil, fuel pipe, hose pipe, coolant, V Belt, under voltage relay, on delay timer, Actuator Assembly, Compatible battery, Radiator repair & Cleaning etc. complete as required i/c credit for old dismantle material under buy back arrangement. a) 85 HP capacity Diesel Engine set (Engine No. 4H.2709.16/2220003)

SH-II Day to Day Repair Work Removing old paint via scraping and sandpapering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as required.

Applying a coat of ready-mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer from an approved brand and manufacturer to the Mild Steel Pipes.

Painting of mild steel pipes with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, colour and manufacture to give an even shade, two coats as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 mm dia, 15 m long RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia male and female couplings duly bound with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS 636 (type-A) as required : 6.01) Stainless Steel (Grade 304)
